Claims (9)
- シールドハウジング、前記シールドハウジングに収容されている絶縁体、および前記絶縁体に保持されている導電性端子を含むコネクタと、
第1のはんだ付けピンおよび前記第1のはんだ付けピンに電気的に接続されている第2のはんだ付けピンが形成されている回路基板であって、前記導電性端子が前記回路基板の前記第1のはんだ付けピンにはんだ付けされている回路基板と、
前記回路基板の前記第2のはんだ付けピンにはんだ付けされている導体を有するワイヤを含むケーブルと、
前記回路基板に取り付けられ、かつ前記シールドハウジングを含む前記コネクタ、前記ケーブル、および前記回路基板を覆う外側シールドハウジングとを備え、
前記外側シールドハウジングに、前記コネクタの前記シールドハウジングと弾性的に電気接触する弾性シートがさらに形成されて、前記外側シールドハウジングが前記コネクタの前記シールドハウジングに電気的に接続されるようになっており、
前記弾性シートは、前記コネクタを介して前記回路基板に対向している前記外側シールドハウジングの上面に形成されており、
前記弾性シートは、前記外側シールドハウジングの前記上面に接続している基端側と、前記基端側の反対側の自由端側を有し、
前記弾性シートは、前記自由端側が前記ケーブルが前記回路基板から延びる方向と反対の方向に向くように、前記外側シールドハウジングの前記上面から延びている、コネクタアセンブリ。
- 前記外側シールドハウジングの後端部に圧着リングが形成され、前記圧着リングは、前記ケーブルの導電性シールド層および外側絶縁層に圧着されている、請求項1に記載のコネクタアセンブリ。
- 前記外側シールドハウジングは、前記回路基板にスナップ嵌めによって取り付けられている、請求項1に記載のコネクタアセンブリ。
- 前記外側シールドハウジングの両側に、それぞれ少なくとも1対の弾性フックがさらに形成され、前記回路基板に少なくとも1つのスロットが形成され、各前記1対の弾性フックは、前記外側シールドハウジングを前記回路基板に固定するように、1つの対応する前記スロットにスナップ嵌めされるように適合されている、請求項3に記載のコネクタアセンブリ。
- 前記コネクタの前記シールドハウジングのどちらの側にも、少なくとも1つのはんだ付け脚部が形成され、前記回路基板に、前記はんだ付け脚部に対応するはんだ付けパッドがさらに形成され、前記はんだ付け脚部は、前記はんだ付けパッドにはんだ付けされている、請求項1に記載のコネクタアセンブリ。
- 前記少なくとも1つのはんだ付け脚部に脚部分が形成され、前記回路基板に、前記脚部分に対応する挿入孔がさらに形成され、前記脚部分は前記挿入孔に挿入されている、請求項5に記載のコネクタアセンブリ。
- 前記コネクタは複数の前記導電性端子を備え、前記ケーブルは複数のワイヤを備え、前記回路基板は、複数の第1のはんだ付けピンと複数の第2のはんだ付けピンとを上に備え、前記コネクタの前記複数の導電性端子は、前記回路基板200の前記複数の第1のはんだ付けピンにそれぞれはんだ付けされ、前記ケーブルの前記複数のワイヤは、前記回路基板の前記複数の第2のはんだ付けピンにそれぞれはんだ付けされている、請求項1に記載のコネクタアセンブリ。
- 前記複数の第1のはんだ付けピンは1列に配置され、前記複数の第2のはんだ付けピンも1列に配置され、第1のはんだ付けピンの列は、前記ケーブルに対して第2のはんだ付けピンの列の前に位置する、請求項7に記載のコネクタアセンブリ。
- 前記複数の第1のはんだ付けピンのそれぞれは、前記回路基板に形成されている複数の導電性トレースのそれぞれを通して前記複数の第2のはんだ付けピンのそれぞれに電気的に接続されている、請求項8に記載のコネクタアセンブリ。
