Claims (7)
- 12.0~16.0重量%のクロム、16.0超~20.0重量%のコバルト、6.0~8.0重量%のモリブデン、1.0~3.0重量%のニッケル、0.020~0.040重量%の炭素、残部の鉄及び不可避不純物からなり、不純物として、0.02重量%以下の窒素(N)、0.25重量%以下のマンガン(Mn)、0.03重量%以下のアルミニウム(Al)、0.10重量%以下のバナジウム(V)、0.25重量%以下のケイ素(Si)、0.005重量%以下の硫黄(S)又は0.02重量%以下のリン(P)を含有し得る鍛造マルテンサイト系ステンレス鋼合金であって、当該合金が、ミクロ組織の15体積%以上を占める残留オーステナイト相を含み、ラーベス相を含有しないミクロ組織を含む、合金。
- 合金が、カイ相を含まないミクロ組織を含む、請求項1に記載の合金。
- 合金が、デルタフェライト相を含まないミクロ組織を含む、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の合金。
- 合金が、ラーベス相、カイ相、及びデルタフェライト相を含まないミクロ組織を含む、請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の合金。
- 合金が、31.8以上の耐孔食指数を有し、耐孔食指数(PREN)が(%Cr)+3.3(%Mo)+16(%N)の合計として定義される、請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の合金。
- 合金が、タービン圧縮機翼の製造に用いるためのものである、請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の合金。
- 請求項1に記載の鍛造マルテンサイト系ステンレス鋼合金を製造する方法であって、
12.0~16.0重量%のクロム、16.0超~20.0重量%のコバルト、6.0~8.0重量%のモリブデン、1.0~3.0重量%のニッケル、0.020~0.040重量%の炭素、残部の鉄及び不可避不純物からなり、不純物として、0.02重量%以下の窒素(N)、0.25重量%以下のマンガン(Mn)、0.03重量%以下のアルミニウム(Al)、0.10重量%以下のバナジウム(V)、0.25重量%以下のケイ素(Si)、0.005重量%以下の硫黄(S)又は0.02重量%以下のリン(P)を含有し得る、マルテンサイト系の耐孔食ステンレス鋼合金を鍛造して鍛造プリフォームを形成する工程と、
鍛造プリフォームを、溶体化したミクロ組織を形成するのに十分な1~3時間の時間をかけて2000~2100゜F(1093~1149℃)の溶体化温度まで加熱する工程と、
溶体化したミクロ組織を含む鍛造プリフォームを、マルテンサイトミクロ組織を形成するために室温まで冷却する工程と、
鍛造プリフォームを、焼戻しマルテンサイトミクロ組織を形成するのに十分な3~6時間の焼戻し時間をかけて600゜F(316℃)以下の焼戻し温度まで加熱する工程と、
焼戻した鍛造プリフォームを室温まで冷却する工程と
を含む方法。
