Claims (20)
- 約12.0〜約16.0重量%のクロム、16.0超〜約20.0重量%のコバルト、約6.0〜約8.0重量%のモリブデン、約1.0〜約3.0重量%のニッケル、約0.020〜約0.040重量%の炭素、残部の鉄及び不可避不純物を含む、鍛造マルテンサイト系ステンレス鋼合金。
- 合金が、約16.5〜20.0重量%のコバルトを含む、請求項1に記載の合金。
- 合金が、ラーベス相を実質上含有しないミクロ組織を含む、請求項1に記載の合金。
- 合金が、カイ相を実質上含まないミクロ組織を含む、請求項1に記載の合金。
- 合金が、デルタフェライト相を実質上含まないミクロ組織を含む、請求項1に記載の合金。
- 合金が、ラーベス相、カイ相、及びデルタフェライト相を実質上含まないミクロ組織を含む、請求項1に記載の合金。
- 合金が、残留オーステナイト相を含むミクロ組織を含む、請求項1に記載の合金。
- 残留オーステナイト相が、ミクロ組織の約15体積%以上を占める、請求項7に記載の合金。
- 残留オーステナイト相が、ミクロ組織の約15〜約25体積%を占める、請求項8に記載の合金。
- 合金が、約14%以上の引張伸びをもたらすよう構成された、請求項1に記載の合金。

- 合金が、約31.8以上の耐孔食指数を有する、請求項1に記載の合金。
- 合金が、約150KSI以上の最大引張強度を有する、請求項1に記載の合金。
- 合金が、タービン圧縮機翼を含む、請求項1に記載の合金。
- 鍛造マルテンサイト系ステンレス鋼合金を製造する方法であって、
約12.0〜約16.0重量%のクロム、16.0超〜約20.0重量%のコバルト、約6.0〜約8.0重量%のモリブデン、約1.0〜約3.0重量%のニッケル、約0.020〜約0.040重量%の炭素、残部の鉄及び不可避不純物を含む、マルテンサイト系の耐孔食ステンレス鋼合金の鍛造プリフォームを用意する工程と、
溶体化したミクロ組織を形成するのに十分な時間をかけて、溶体化温度まで鍛造プリフォームを加熱する工程と、
マルテンサイトミクロ組織を形成するために、室温まで鍛造プリフォーム及び溶体化したミクロ組織を冷却する工程と、
焼戻しマルテンサイトミクロ組織を含む焼戻し鍛造プリフォームを形成するのに十分な所定の焼戻し時間をかけて、約600゜Fの焼戻し温度まで、鍛造プリフォームを加熱する工程と、
室温まで焼戻し鍛造プリフォームを冷却する工程と
を含む方法。 - 溶体化温度が約2000〜約2100゜Fを含み、時間が約1〜約3時間を含む、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 焼戻し時間が、約3〜約6時間である、請求項17に記載の方法。
