Description
異形金属の構築成形方法は、
プリフォームを製造するステップ(S1)と、
プリフォームから砂時計型モジュールを製造するステップ(S2)と、
砂時計型モジュールを加熱した後に高さ方向に沿った据え込み変形と鍛造間保温を施すことにより、プリフォームを半製品に鍛造するステップ(S3)と、
半製品を部材又は部品に加工するステップ(S4)と、を含む。
本発明に係る異形金属の構築成形方法は、プレフォームから砂時計型モジュールを製造し、砂時計型構築素材のため、据え込み中の変形を界面位置に集中させ、表面の引張応力の発生を回避し、素材に均一に大きな圧縮応力を与え、素材表面の引張応力状態を著しく改善することができる。また、砂時計型素材の最小断面積が小さく、鍛造に必要な圧力を効果的に低減することができる。本発明に係る異形金属の構築成形方法は、設備に対する要求が低く、溶接継目の探傷が可能であり、溶接継目の品質を保証でき、さらに金属の構築成形の歩留まりを向上させ、共通仕様のプレス機を用いた条件下で生産効率を大幅に向上させることができる。
Claims (7)
- プリフォームを製造するステップ(S1)と、
前記プリフォームから錐台形状要素を製造した後、2つの前記錐台形状要素の小面を重ね合わせて真空電子ビーム溶接を行い、前記砂時計型モジュールを製造するステップ(S2)と、
前記砂時計型モジュールを加熱した後に、高さ方向に沿った据え込み変形と鍛造間保温とを施すことにより、前記プリフォームを半製品に鍛造するステップ(S3)と、を含み、
ステップ(S2)において、2つの前記錐台形状要素の中間界面が滑らかに遷移し、それぞれの前記錐台形状要素の底面と側面との接続位置は柱状構造として設計され、それぞれの前記錐台形状要素の縦方向台形断面の下底辺と脚との夾角は60°~85°であり、
ステップ(S3)において、前記砂時計型モジュールに対して据え込み変形を施す圧下量は、素材全高の30%~55%である、異形金属の構築成形方法。 - 前記半製品を部材又は部品に加工するステップ(S4)をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の異形金属の構築成形方法。
- ステップ(S1)において、前記プリフォームは、鋳造素材、鍛造素材又は圧延素材である基材を構築し、封止溶接し、鍛造して得られるものであり、又は、鍛造素材を機械加工方式で直接製造して得られるものであることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の異形金属の構築成形方法。
- 前記錐台形状要素は、円錐台形状又は四角錐台形状であることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の異形金属の構築成形方法。
- 前記真空電子ビーム溶接の溶接深さは、25mm~40mmであることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の異形金属の構築成形方法。
- ステップ(S2)において、前記砂時計型モジュールのアスペクト比は、1~3の間にあることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の異形金属の構築成形方法。
- ステップ(S3)において、据え込んだ後の素材に対して高温拡散接続を施し、加熱温度が1200℃以上であり、均熱した後の保温時間が8時間以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の異形金属の構築成形方法。
