Claims (10)
- 細長い物品の幾何学形状検出機内の前記細長い物品の支持システムであって、前記細長い物品が接触する複数の垂直拘束点(1)を備える支持システムにおいて、前記垂直拘束点(1)の2つずつが、ユニバーサルジョイント機構が設けられた拘束ジョイント(3、5)を備える相互連結アーム(4)によって対で結合され、前記ユニバーサルジョイント機構は、前記アーム(4)に関して、前記物品の長手方向軸に近接して通る2つの直交軸に沿って2つの回転自由度(32、34)を決定し、
前記垂直拘束点(1)が、前記細長い物品に少なくとも1つのねじり自由度(33)を残すことを特徴とする、支持システム。 - 前記相互連結アーム(4)が、前記垂直拘束点(1)における結合点の間に可変長を有する、請求項1に記載の支持システム。
- 前記垂直拘束点(1)が、前記細長い物品に少なくとも1つの長手方向の並進自由度を残す、請求項1に記載の支持システム。
- 前記ユニバーサルジョイント機構の前記回転自由度(32、34)を抑制するロッキング手段と、
前記回転自由度(32、34)の回転軸に対応して前記ユニバーサルジョイント機構における回転応力を検出するためのセンサ手段と、がさらに設けられる、請求項1に記載の支持システム。 - 細長い物品の幾何学形状検出機であって、前記細長い物品の支持システムを特徴として有するフレームと、前記支持システム上に拘束された前記細長い物品の幾何学的形状を検出するように適合された幾何学形状検出装置とを備える、幾何学形状検出機において、前記支持システムが請求項1に記載のものであることを特徴とする、幾何学形状検出機。
- 前記相互連結アーム(4)の前記拘束ジョイントの2つずつが、複数の垂直拘束点(1)が複数層列を介して単一の拘束点に向かって収束するまで、さらなる相互連結アーム(4)によって対で結合される、請求項1に記載の支持システム。
- 細長い物品の幾何学形状検出機であって、前記細長い物品の支持システムを特徴として有するフレームと、前記支持システム上に拘束された前記細長い物品の幾何学的形状を検出するように適合された幾何学形状検出装置とを備える、幾何学形状検出機において、前記支持システムが請求項6に記載のものであることを特徴とする、幾何学形状検出機。
- 前記垂直拘束点(1)の2つずつが、前記細長い物品に少なくとも1つの長手方向の並進自由度を残す、請求項6に記載の支持システム。
- 前記ユニバーサルジョイント機構の前記回転自由度(32、34)を抑制するロッキング手段と、
前記回転自由度(32、34)の回転軸に対応して前記ユニバーサルジョイント機構における回転応力を検出するためのセンサ手段と、がさらに設けられる、請求項6に記載の支持システム。 - 細長い物品の幾何学形状検出機内の前記細長い物品の支持システムであって、前記細長い物品が接触する複数の垂直拘束点(1)であって、前記垂直拘束点(1)の2つずつが、ユニバーサルジョイント機構が設けられた拘束ジョイント(3、5)を備える相互連結アーム(4)によって対で結合され、前記ユニバーサルジョイント機構は、前記アーム(4)に関して、前記物品の長手方向軸に近接して通る2つの直交軸に沿って2つの回転自由度(32、34)を決定する、複数の垂直拘束点(1)と、
前記ユニバーサルジョイント機構の前記回転自由度(32、34)を抑制するロッキング手段と、
前記回転自由度(32、34)の回転軸に対応して前記ユニバーサルジョイント機構における回転応力を検出するためのセンサ手段と、がさらに設けられる、ことを特徴とする、支持システム。
