Claims (7)

前記埋め込まれた形態において、前記管腔表面の長さに沿って前記支持スキャフォールドに結合され、前記長さに沿って前記管腔表面の全周の一部のみを覆うパッチを備えており、
前記パッチを前記支持スキャフォールドの管腔から除去することにより、前記管腔内デバイスが、前記埋め込まれた形態から前記変更された形態に移行し、
前記支持スキャフォールドはステントであり、
前記管腔内デバイスは、前記パッチに恒久的に取り付けられた回収デバイスを更に備え、
前記回収デバイスは、前記埋め込まれた形態において前記血管の外側に配置される延長部を備えており、前記延長部は、前記ステントから前記パッチを除去するために操作され、これにより、前記管腔内デバイスを前記埋め込まれた形態から前記変更された形態に移行させるように構成されている、管腔内デバイス。 - 前記パッチは前記ステントの末端に配置される前端縁部を含み、前記前端縁部は、前記ステントの管腔内に延在する部分を含む、請求項1に記載の管腔内デバイス。
- 前記パッチは前端縁部および後端縁部を画定し、前記前端縁部は、前記埋め込まれた形態において細胞増殖を抑制するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の管腔内デバイス。
- 前記前端縁部は、細胞増殖を抑制する薬物を含むコーティングを備える、請求項3に記載の管腔内デバイス。
- 前記パッチは、前記ステントに溶接される金属部分を備え、前記ステントは、前記金属部分の厚さより大きい厚さを有する、請求項4に記載の管腔内デバイス。
- 前記パッチは、前記前端縁部から前記後端縁部へと先細になっており、前記前端縁部において前記パッチによって画定される弧長が、前記後端縁部において前記パッチによって画定される弧長よりも長くなっている、請求項3に記載の管腔内デバイス。
- 前記ステントは、ポリウレタンコーティングを含むステントであり、前記パッチは、ePTFE(延伸ポリテトラフルオロエチレン)を含み、前記ePTFEは、前記ポリウレタンコーティングに結合される、請求項1に記載の管腔内デバイス。
