Claims (9)
- 身体組織をマニピュレーションするための医療用のレゼクトスコープ(12)のための高周波ツール(10)であって、
前記レゼクトスコープ(12)の軸方向へ可動の電極支持体(14)を有し、
該電極支持体(14)の遠位の二股状の端部(15,16)に、高周波電流で負荷可能な電極(13)が、保持されている、そのような高周波ツールにおいて、
前記電極(13)の両方の端部は、前記電極支持体(14)との結合を成立させるためにそれぞれ前記電極支持体(14)の端部(15,16)の収容開口部の中に挿入されており、
前記収容開口部の中には、導線(27,28)が配置され、前記導線(27,28)は、前記収容開口部の中で前記電極(13)に電気的に接続され、前記電極(13)と前記導線(27,28)は1つの導電性材料から一体的に構成され、
前記導線(27,28)は、前記電極支持体(14)の中で案内され、
前記電極(13)と前記導線(27,28)とが電気的に接続される部分では、前記導線(27,28)の断面積は、前記電極(13)の断面積よりも小さく、
前記電極支持体(14)の端部(15,16)は前記電極(13)を収容するために拡張され、前記電極支持体(14)の端部(15,16)が拡張部(23,24)として構成され、
前記電極(13)は断面積が拡大された前記導線(27,28)の領域であることを特徴とする、高周波ツール(10)。 - 前記導線(27,28)は連続するように構成され、一方の収容開口部から他方の収容開口部へと案内されることが可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の高周波ツール(10)。
- 前記電極(13)のうち、前記収容開口部に収容される部分及びその周辺は強度が80MPaよりも高い構造材料で外装されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の高周波ツール(10)。
- 前記電極(13)および/または前記導線(27,28)は絶縁体により外装される部分を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の高周波ツール(10)。
- 前記電極(13)はPEEK管またはPPS管によって前記電極支持体(14)の端部(15,16)から電気絶縁される部分を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の高周波ツール(10)。
- 前記電極(13)と前記導線(27,28)とが前記絶縁体により外装される部分は、一体的に構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の高周波ツール(10)。
- 前記絶縁体によって外装される前記電極(13)は前記電極支持体(14)の拡張部(23,24)の中で固定的に結合されていることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の高周波ツール(10)。
- 前記電極(13)は安定化のために、前記電極支持体(14)の収容開口部のすぐ前に配置された鋼材からなる小管を通して差し込み可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の高周波ツール(10)。
- 前記小管は前記電極(13)または前記電極支持体(14)の端部(15,16)の一体的な構成要素であることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の高周波ツール(10)。
