Description
Claims (14)
- 捲回型電池セルであって、
第一の集電体を有する第一の電極シートと第二の集電体を有する第二の電極シートを備え、
前記第一の集電体が第1のセグメントを有し、前記第1のセグメントが前記第一の電極シートの1回目の折り曲げられた領域を含み、前記第二の電極シートが第2のセグメントを有し、前記第2のセグメントにおける前記第二の集電体の両側に活物質が塗布され、前記第1のセグメントにおける前記第2のセグメントに面する側に活物質が塗布されなく、前記第1のセグメントの開始端及び終了端のT方向の投影が、前記第2のセグメントに位置し、
前記第二の電極シートは、前記第一の電極シートの外側を囲む第3のセグメントを含み、前記第3のセグメントにおいて、前記第二の集電体における前記第一の電極シートに向かう側に活物質が塗布されている
ことを特徴とする捲回型電池セル。 - 前記T方向に、前記第2のセグメントの両側それぞれが前記第一の電極シートであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の捲回型電池セル。
- 前記第1のセグメントにおいて、前記第一の集電体における前記第2のセグメントとは反対側に活物質が塗布されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の捲回型電池セル。
- 前記第一の電極シートは前記第2のセグメントに平行で間隔をあけて設けられた第4のセグメントを含み、前記第1のセグメントが前記第4のセグメントに接続されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の捲回型電池セル。
- 前記第1のセグメントは、第5のセグメントと、前記第5のセグメントの両端から延びる第6のセグメントと第7のセグメントと、を含み、前記第6のセグメントの末端と前記第7のセグメントの末端の、前記第2のセグメント上の投影が、前記第2のセグメントの開始端と間隔をあけることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の捲回型電池セル。
- 前記第6のセグメントの末端と前記第7のセグメントの末端の、前記第2のセグメント上の投影それぞれが前記第2のセグメントの開始端と第一の距離をあけて、前記第一の距離が4mm以上であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の捲回型電池セル。
- 前記第一の電極シートは陰極シートであり、且つ前記第二の電極シートは陽極シートであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の捲回型電池セル。
- 前記第一の集電体に電気的に接続された複数の第一の電極タブと、
前記第二の集電体に電気的に接続された複数の第二の電極タブと、をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の捲回型電池セル。 - 前記第一の集電体の各リングに一つの前記第一の電極タブが設けられ、且つ前記第二の集電体の各リングに一つの前記第二の電極タブが設けられ、又は
前記第一の集電体の各半分リングに一つの前記第一の電極タブが設けられ、且つ前記第二の集電体の各半分リングに一つの前記第二の電極タブが設けられることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の捲回型電池セル。 - 前記第一の電極タブと前記第二の電極タブそれぞれは、前記第一の集電体と前記第二の集電体と一体に成形され、又は
前記第一の電極タブと前記第二の電極タブそれぞれは、前記第一の集電体と前記第二の集電体に溶接されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の捲回型電池セル。 - 前記第一の電極タブと前記第二の電極タブはアダプタシートを介して外部装置に接続されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の捲回型電池セル。
- 前記第一の電極シートにおいて、前記第1のセグメントを除いて、前記第一の集電体の両側それぞれに活物質が塗布されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の捲回型電池セル。
- 前記第二の電極シートの前記第二の集電体全体の両側それぞれに活物質が塗布され、前記第一の電極シートと前記第二の電極シートの間に設けられたセパレータの終端部が前記捲回型電池セルの外部に囲まれることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の捲回型電池セル。
- 前記第一の集電体は、さらに前記第一の電極シートの末端から延びる第8のセグメントを含み、前記第8のセグメントの両側それぞれに活物質が塗布されなく、前記第8のセグメントは、前記第3のセグメントの外側を囲むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の捲回型電池セル。
