Claims (10)
- 電極本体及び導電構造を備え、
前記電極本体は、積層構造であって、絶縁基体と、前記絶縁基体の表面に配置される導電層と、を備え、
前記導電層は、第1の部分と、前記第1の部分から延出される第2の部分と、を備え、前記第1の部分には活物質が塗布され、前記第2の部分には活物質が塗布されておらず、
前記第2の部分は、本体部及び遷移部を備え、前記遷移部は、前記本体部と前記第1の部分との間に配置され、前記遷移部の幅は、前記本体部の幅よりも大きく、前記幅とは、前記電極本体の長さ方向に沿った寸法を指し、
前記導電構造は、前記第2の部分に溶接され、前記第1の部分から離れる方向に延びており、両者で形成される溶接領域は、少なくとも一部が前記遷移部に位置する、
ことを特徴とする電極部材。 - 前記溶接領域は、前記本体部に位置する第1の溶接領域と、前記遷移部に位置する第2の溶接領域を備え、
前記第2の溶接領域の幅は、前記第1の溶接領域の幅よりも大きく、前記幅とは、前記電極本体の長さ方向に沿った寸法を指す、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電極部材。 - 前記溶接領域の前記第2の部分の幅方向に沿った両端は、いずれも前記第2の部分の端縁まで延びている、
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電極部材。 - 前記第1の溶接領域の高さは、3mm未満であり、前記第2の溶接領域の高さは、0.5mm~2.5mmであり、前記高さとは、前記電極本体の高さ方向に沿った寸法を指す、
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電極部材。 - 前記第2の部分は、階段構造を有し、前記本体部は、前記階段構造の小端に配置され、前記遷移部は、前記階段構造の大端に配置される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の電極部材。 - 前記第2の部分の自体の幅方向に沿った少なくとも一側において、前記遷移部と前記本体部が角丸によって遷移している、
ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の電極部材。 - 前記溶接領域と前記第1の部分との間には、ギャップが設けられている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電極部材。 - 前記ギャップに配置される絶縁層をさらに備える、
ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の電極部材。 - 積層配置されている正極部材、負極部材及びセパレータを備え、前記セパレータは、前記正極部材と前記負極部材との間に配置され、
前記正極部材及び前記負極部材のうちの少なくとも一方は、請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の電極部材である、
ことを特徴とする電極アセンブリ。 - ハウジングと、
前記ハウジングを覆うトップカバーシートと、
前記トップカバーシートに配置される正極柱及び負極柱と、
前記ハウジング内に配置される、請求項9に記載の電極アセンブリと、
を備え、
前記正極部材は前記正極柱に接続され、前記負極部材は前記負極柱に接続される、
ことを特徴とする二次電池。
