前記物体は、第2の表示デバイス(42)を備え、前記第2の表示デバイス(42)は、前記電気光学表示デバイスの下に配置し、前記透明領域(40;102)を通じて少なくとも部分的に見え、
前記第2の表示デバイス(42)は、第1の針(46)及び第2の針(48)が上で移動する文字板(44)を備え、
前記電気光学表示デバイスは、液晶表示デバイス(12)であり、
前記液晶表示デバイス(12)は、第1の可撓性印刷回路(36)により、前記文字板(44)の下に配設した印刷回路板(58)上に配置した前記外部電力・制御デバイス(31)に接続し、前記第1の可撓性印刷回路(36)は、前記液晶表示デバイス(12)と、前記液晶表示デバイス(12)の下に配設した透明印刷回路板(59)との間に延在し、第2の可撓性印刷回路(60)は、前記透明印刷回路板(59)を前記印刷回路板(58)に接続し、前記印刷回路板(58)上に前記外部電力・制御デバイス(31)を配置すること
