Claims (12)
- 物体、特に、計時器又はスマートフォン等の可搬物体であって、前記物体は、電気光学表示デバイスを備え、前記電気光学表示デバイスは、外形部によって外側の境界を定め、光学活性要素を備え、前記光学活性要素の光学特性は、前記光学活性要素を間に配設した少なくとも1つの電極(24)と1つの対応する補助電極(28)との間に電圧又は電流を印加することによって修正することができ、前記物体は、ガラス(6)によって閉鎖した開口(4)の境界を定める中間部品(2)を更に備え、前記ガラス(6)は、上表面(8)及び底表面(10)を備え、前記底表面(10)の下に、前記電気光学表示デバイスを配置し、前記物体は、外部電力・制御デバイス(31;94)、及び更には、前記電気光学表示デバイスを前記外部電力・制御デバイス(31;94)に電気接続する要素(32、34、36;86、90)を更に備え、前記ガラス(6)は、不透明枠(56;100)を備え、前記不透明枠(56;100)は、前記開口(4)の縁部から離れて作製し、前記電気光学表示デバイスの外形部を覆い、前記電気接続要素(32、34、36;86、90)を隠すようにし、前記電気光学表示デバイスは、前記不透明枠(56;100)によって境界を定めた活性表示領域(38;98)を画定し、このため、前記電気光学表示デバイスを起動し、情報を表示する場合でさえ、透明領域(40;102)は、前記不透明枠(56;100)と前記開口(4)の縁部との間に残存する、物体。
- 前記物体は、第2の表示デバイス(42)を備え、前記第2の表示デバイス(42)は、前記電気光学表示デバイスの下に配置し、前記透明領域(40;102)を通じて少なくとも部分的に見えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の物体。
- 前記第2の表示デバイス(42)は、第1の針(46)及び第2の針(48)が上で移動する文字板(44)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の物体。
- 前記電気光学表示デバイスは、液晶表示デバイス(12)であることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の物体。
- 前記第1の針(46)は、第1の管(50)によって支持し、前記第2の針(48)は、前記第1の管(50)の内側に同軸に配置した第2の管(52)によって支持し、前記液晶表示デバイス(12)は、可撓性印刷回路(36)を介して前記外部電力・制御デバイス(31)に接続し、前記可撓性印刷回路(36)は、前記第2の管(52)の内側に配置した中空管(54)に通すことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の物体。
- 前記液晶表示デバイス(12)は、第1の可撓性印刷回路(36)により、前記文字板(44)の下に配設した印刷回路板(58)上に配置した前記外部電力・制御デバイス(31)に接続し、前記第1の可撓性印刷回路(36)は、前記液晶表示デバイス(12)と、前記液晶表示デバイス(12)の下に配設した透明印刷回路板(59)との間に延在し、第2の可撓性印刷回路(60)は、前記透明印刷回路板(59)を前記印刷回路板(58)に接続し、前記印刷回路板(58)上に前記外部電力・制御デバイス(31)を配置することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の物体。
- 透明導電性軌道(62)は、前記ガラス(6)の前記底表面(10)上に構成し、前記液晶表示デバイス(12)は、第1の可撓性印刷回路(36)により前記透明導電性軌道(62)に接続し、前記透明導電性軌道(62)自体は、第2の可撓性印刷回路(60)により前記液晶表示デバイス(12)の前記外部電力・制御デバイス(31)に接続し、前記透明導電性軌道(62)は、前記中間部品(2)によって隠され、前記第2の表示デバイス(42)は、前記液晶表示デバイス(12)の下に配設することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の物体。
- 前記導電性軌道(62)は、前記ガラス(6)の前記底表面(10)上に構成し、前記液晶表示デバイス(12)は、第1の可撓性印刷回路(36)及び第2の可撓性印刷回路(60)により前記導電性軌道(62)に接続し、前記第2の可撓性印刷回路(60)は、電気接続器(64)により前記第1の可撓性印刷回路(36)に接続し、第3の可撓性印刷回路(66)は、前記透明導電性軌道(62)を前記液晶表示デバイス(12)の前記外部電力・制御デバイス(31)に接続し、前記第2の表示デバイス(42)は、前記液晶表示デバイス(12)の下に配設することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の物体。
- 前記液晶表示デバイス(12)は、可撓性接続器(68)により前記ガラス(6)の前記底表面(10)上に構成した透明導電性軌道(62)に接続し、前記可撓性接続器(68)は、交互の導電性シート及び絶縁エラストマ・シートによって形成し、可撓性印刷回路(36)は、前記透明導電性軌道(62)を前記液晶表示デバイス(12)の外部電力・制御デバイス(31)に接続することを可能にし、前記第2の表示デバイス(42)は、前記液晶表示デバイス(12)の下に配設することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の物体。
- 前記電気光学表示デバイスは、OLED表示デバイス(72)であることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の物体。
- 前記OLED表示デバイス(72)は、底部発光型であり、透明基材(74)を備え、前記透明基材(74)を介して、前記OLED表示デバイス(72)を前記ガラス(6)の前記底表面(10)に取り付け、前記透明基材(74)は、カバー(82)又は薄膜によって湿気から保護される有機層(76)の積層体のための支持体として働き、前記カバー(82)又は前記薄膜は、封止筐体を画定し、前記透明基材(74)の底面(88)上に構成した導電性軌道(86)は、前記封止筐体の外側に延在し、接続ワイヤ(90)によって前記ガラス(6)の前記底表面(10)上に構成した前記透明導電性軌道(62)に接続し、前記透明導電性軌道(62)自体は、可撓性印刷回路(92)を介して前記OLED表示デバイス(72)の外部電力・制御デバイス(94)に接続することを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の物体。
- 前記OLED表示デバイス(72)は、上部発光型であり、カバー(82)又は薄膜によって湿気から保護される有機層(76)の積層体のための支持体として働く透明基材(74)を備え、前記カバー(82)又は薄膜は、封止筐体を画定し、前記OLED表示デバイス(72)は、前記OLED表示デバイス(72)の前記カバー(82)又は前記薄膜を介して前記ガラス(6)の前記底表面(10)に取り付けることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の物体。
