Claims (2)
- 真空容器と、当該真空容器内に収容された内容器と、当該内容器内に冷却ステージを収容した冷凍機と、被冷却体を冷却する冷却部と、当該冷却部と前記真空容器内を連通する真空断熱管と、前記真空断熱管内を通過して前記冷却部に寒剤を循環供給する寒剤循環回路とを備え、
前記寒剤循環回路の往路ラインの上流側を前記内容器の頂面に連通すると共に、前記往路ラインの下流側を前記内容器の底面に連通し、
前記内容器内に熱交換器を収容すると共に、前記熱交換器に前記寒剤循環回路の復路ラインを接続し、
前記熱交換器が、前記冷凍機の蓄冷器または冷却ステージのいずれかあるいは両方をらせん状に囲繞する蛇管構造になっていることを特徴とする循環冷却装置。 - 請求項1に記載の循環冷却装置において、
前記冷凍機の蓄冷器または冷却ステージのいずれかあるいは両方の表面に伝熱フィンを複数設けたことを特徴とする循環冷却装置。
