Claims (4)
- 第1電荷デバイス及び第2電荷デバイスを接続する双方向DCDCコンバータを制御するコントローラを備え、前記コントローラは、前記第1電荷デバイスから前記第2電荷デバイスへ送電する昇圧モード、及び、前記第2電荷デバイスから前記第1電荷デバイスへ送電する降圧モードとをもつ直流電源において、
前記双方向DCDCコンバータは、前記第1電荷デバイスとしての2つのバッテリを直列接続するための直列トランジスタと、前記2つのバッテリを並列接続するための2つの並列トランジスタと、磁気エネルギーを蓄積するためのリアクトルと、前記2つのバッテリを前記第2電荷デバイスに接続する出力トランジスタと、前記リアクトルを放電するための放電ダイオードとを有し、
前記リアクトルは、前記2つの並列トランジスタの一方と前記直列トランジスタとの間に配置され、
前記放電ダイオードは、前記リアクトルと前記直列トランジスタとを接続する接続点に接続されていることを特徴とする直流電源。 - 前記第2電荷デバイスは、前記DCDCコンバータの出力電圧を平滑する平滑キャパシタからなる請求項1記載の直流電源。
- 前記コントローラは、前記2つのバッテリを並列接続する並列モードと、前記2つのバッテリを直列接続する直列モードと、前記2つのバッテリの合計電圧よりも高い電圧を出力する昇圧モードと、前記並列モード及び前記直列モードの中間電圧を出力する過渡モードと、前記2つのバッテリを直列に充電する降圧モードとをもつ請求項1記載の直流電源。
- 前記コントローラは、前記2つのバッテリの一方が不良である時、前記不良のバッテリに接続される前記並列トランジスタ及び前記直列トランジスタのオン動作を禁止する請求項3記載の直流電源。
