Description
本発明は、天然歯と類似したマルチグラデーション(Multi−gradation)透過性及び物性を発現する人工歯修復材料の製造に使用できる歯科切削加工用バルクブロックを簡易に製造することができる方法を提供することをまた他の目的とする。
Claims (6)
- 主結晶相が二ケイ酸リチウムであり、副結晶相がシリケートである結晶質を含み、その残りはガラス質であり、
深さ方向に結晶質サイズの勾配を有し、結晶質サイズの勾配値の変化点に界面が存在しない傾斜機能材料であり、
結晶質サイズの勾配は、平均粒径が5nm〜5.5μmの範囲のものであり、
深さ方向に光透過率の勾配を有し、光透過率の勾配は、550nmの基準波長で20〜80%の範囲のものであり、
深さ方向に屈曲強度の勾配を有し、屈曲強度の勾配は、250MPa〜625MPaの範囲のものであり、
SiO 2 60〜83重量%、Li 2 O10〜15重量%、P 2 O 5 2〜6重量%、Al 2 O 3 1〜5重量%、SrO0.1〜3重量%、ZnO0.1〜2重量%、着色剤(colorant)1〜5重量%、およびNa 2 OとK 2 Oとの混合物2.5〜6重量%を含むガラス組成物から製造されたものである
ことを特徴とする歯科切削加工用バルクブロック。 - 結晶質サイズの勾配は、平均粒径が5nm〜2,000nmの範囲のものである
請求項1に記載の歯科切削加工用バルクブロック。 - 結晶質サイズの勾配は、平均粒径が30nm〜500nmの範囲のものである
請求項1に記載の歯科切削加工用バルクブロック。 - 結晶質サイズの勾配は、平均粒径が300nm〜500nmの範囲のものである
請求項1に記載の歯科切削加工用バルクブロック。 - SiO260〜83重量%、Li2O10〜15重量%、P2O52〜6重量%、Al2O31〜5重量%、SrO0.1〜3重量%、ZnO0.1〜2重量%、着色剤(colorant)1〜5重量%、およびNa2OとK2Oとの混合物2.5〜6重量%を含むガラス組成物から所定形状のブロックを作製するステップと、
前記ブロックを温度400〜850℃の範囲で熱処理するが、ブロックの深さ方向に温度勾配を与えて熱処理するステップと、を含む歯科切削加工用バルクブロックの製造方法であって、
前記歯科切削加工用バルクブロックは、

ことを特徴とする歯科切削加工用バルクブロックの製造方法。 - 前記熱処理するステップは、温度勾配熱処理炉で作動温度400〜1000℃下で行われる
請求項5に記載の歯科切削加工用バルクブロックの製造方法。
