Description
以下に、本発明にかかる実施形態1を図面に基づいて詳細に説明する。
本発明に係る実施形態2の霧化器102について説明する。実施形態2では、主に実施形態1と異なる点について説明し、実施形態1と重複する記載は省略する。また、実施形態1と同様の構成については、同じ符号を用いて適宜説明を省略する。
上述した実施形態1、2の霧化器2、102は、圧電ポンプ10、12を動力源として霧化させるものであり、従来のモータポンプ(ダイヤフラムポンプ)を動力源とする霧化器と比較して、以下の点で優れている。

Claims (12)
- 吐出口から気体を吹き出す第1圧電ポンプと、
前記第1圧電ポンプの前記吐出口に接続された第1端と、第2端とを有する流路であって、前記第1端と前記第2端の間に接続ポイントを設けた第1流路と、
液体を貯留するための液体貯留部と、
前記液体貯留部に接続された第1端と、前記接続ポイントに接続された第2端とを有する第2流路と、を備え、
前記第1流路は、前記接続ポイントに接続する位置に径の小さくなった縮径部を有し、前記第2流路は、前記接続ポイントに接続する位置に径の小さくなった縮径部を有し、
前記接続ポイントにおいて、前記第1流路を拡径する方向に傾斜する傾斜面を有し、
前記第2流路の前記第2端は、前記傾斜面において開口している、霧化器。 - 前記傾斜面は第1傾斜面であり、
前記第1傾斜面に対して上流側に接続し、前記第1流路から前記接続ポイントへ吹き出される気体に面する位置に、前記第1傾斜面とは逆側に傾斜する第2傾斜面をさらに有する、請求項1に記載の霧化器。 - 前記第1流路における前記第1端と前記接続ポイントの間に接続された第1端と、前記液体貯留部に接続された第2端とを有する分岐流路をさらに備える、請求項1又は2に記載の霧化器。
- 前記分岐流路には液体の逆流を防止する逆流防止機構が設けられている、請求項3に記載の霧化器。
- 吐出口から気体を吹き出す第2圧電ポンプと、
前記第2圧電ポンプの前記吐出口に接続された第1端と、前記液体貯留部に接続された第2端とを有する第3流路をさらに備える、請求項1又は2に記載の霧化器。 - 吐出口から気体を吹き出す第1圧電ポンプと、
前記第1圧電ポンプの前記吐出口に接続された第1端と、第2端とを有する流路であって、前記第1端と前記第2端の間に接続ポイントを設けた第1流路と、
液体を貯留するための液体貯留部と、
前記液体貯留部に接続された第1端と、前記接続ポイントに接続された第2端とを有する第2流路と、
吐出口から気体を吹き出す第2圧電ポンプと、
前記第2圧電ポンプの前記吐出口に接続された第1端と、前記液体貯留部に接続された第2端とを有する第3流路と、
前記第1流路における前記第1端と前記接続ポイントの間の箇所と前記第3流路とを接続するバイパス流路と、を備える、霧化器。 - 前記第3流路において、前記バイパス流路が接続される位置よりも前記第2端側に流路抵抗を備える、請求項6に記載の霧化器。
- 前記第3流路には液体の逆流を防止する逆流防止機構が設けられている、請求項6又は7に記載の霧化器。
- 前記第1流路は、前記第1端から前記第2端まで一直線状に延びる、請求項1から8のいずれか1つに記載の霧化器。
- 少なくとも前記第1圧電ポンプ、前記第1流路、前記第2流路および前記液体貯留部を収容するケースをさらに備える、請求項1から9のいずれか1つに記載の霧化器。
- 前記液体貯留部は、前記ケースに収容されるタンクである、請求項10に記載の霧化器。
- 前記第2流路は、前記第1流路に交差するように前記第1流路に接続され、その先端が前記第1流路内で折れ曲がり、前記第1流路の前記第2端に向かって前記第1流路と同心状に延びる、請求項6から8のいずれか1つに記載の霧化器。
