Description
(1) 心臓の心外膜組織と心膜組織との間の囲心腔で使用されるように適応された温度感知カテーテルであって、
細長いカテーテル本体と、
前記カテーテル本体の遠位にある温度感知アレイであって、前記アレイが、前記心膜で使用されるように適応された少なくとも1つの温度感知部材を備える、温度感知アレイと、
を備える、温度感知カテーテル。
(2) 前記アレイが、表面が前記心外膜組織上のエリア又は前記囲心腔内のエリアに接触するように適応された、2次元体を備える、実施態様1に記載のカテーテル。
(3) 前記2次元体が、頂部部材と、底部部材と、前記頂部部材と底部部材との間に位置付けられたチューブ材と、を備える、実施態様2に記載のカテーテル。
(4) 前記2次元体が、所定の湾曲を有する、実施態様3に記載のカテーテル。
(5) 前記2次元体が、前記頂部部材と底部部材との間に位置付けられた支持フレームを更に備える、実施態様3に記載のカテーテル。
(7) 前記2次元体が、前記チューブ材の周りに巻かれるように適応されている、実施態様2に記載のカテーテル。
(8) 前記温度感知部材が、前記頂部部材と底部部材との間に延在する熱電対ワイヤ対を備え、前記2次元体上に温度感知位置を提供する、実施態様3に記載のカテーテル。
(9) 前記熱電対ワイヤ対が、前記チューブ材を通って延在し、前記チューブ材に形成された穴を通って前記チューブ材から抜け出る、実施態様8に記載のカテーテル。
(10) 前記アレイが、少なくとも1つの指部材を備え、各々の指部材が少なくとも1つの温度感知位置を有する、実施態様1に記載のカテーテル。
(12) 前記圧縮済みチューブ状部材が、所定の湾曲を有する、実施態様11に記載のカテーテル。
(13) 前記圧縮済みチューブ状部材が、調整可能な湾曲を有する、実施態様11に記載のカテーテル。
(14) 各指部材が、少なくとも1つの環状電極を有する、実施態様10に記載のカテーテル。
(15) 前記複数の指部材が、約1個〜8個の範囲である、実施態様10に記載のカテーテル。
(17) 前記アレイが、
前記本体を通って延在するプーラワイヤであって、前記プーラワイヤの遠位端が前記本体の遠位端に又は前記遠位端近くに固定されている、プーラワイヤと、
前記プーラワイヤを囲繞する圧縮コイルであって、前記圧縮コイルが、前記遠位部分の近位端に又は前記近位端近くにある遠位端を有する、圧縮コイルと、
を更に備える、実施態様16に記載のカテーテル。
(18) 前記アレイが前記細長い本体上に少なくとも1つの環状電極を備える、実施態様16に記載のカテーテル。
(19) 前記カテーテル本体と前記アレイとの間に中間区域を更に備え、前記中間区域が、平面内で偏向するように適応されており、かつ前記アレイが、概ね前記平面内に位置する、実施態様16に記載のカテーテル。
(20) 前記アレイが、少なくとも1つの環状電極を更に備える、実施態様1に記載のカテーテル。
Claims (8)
- 心臓の心外膜組織と心膜組織との間の囲心腔で使用されるように適応された温度感知カテーテルであって、
細長いカテーテル本体と、
前記カテーテル本体の遠位にある温度感知アレイであって、前記温度感知アレイが、前記心外膜組織の外側面上又は外側面近くで使用されるように適応された少なくとも1つの温度感知部材を備える、温度感知アレイと、
を備え、
前記温度感知アレイが、2次元体を備えることで使用時に面として展開され、
前記2次元体が、頂部部材と、底部部材と、前記頂部部材と底部部材との間に位置付けられたチューブ材と、を備え、
前記温度感知部材が、前記頂部部材と底部部材との間に延在する熱電対ワイヤ対を備え、前記2次元体上に温度感知位置を提供し、
前記熱電対ワイヤ対が、前記チューブ材を通って延在し、前記チューブ材に形成された穴を通って前記チューブ材から抜け出る、温度感知カテーテル。 - 前記2次元体が、前記心外膜組織上のエリア又は前記囲心腔内のエリアに接触するように適応された表面を備える、請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記2次元体が、所定の湾曲を有する、請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記2次元体が、前記頂部部材と底部部材との間に位置付けられた支持フレームを更に備える、請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記支持フレームが、略矩形の構成を有する、請求項4に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記熱電対ワイヤ対が、前記チューブ材の側壁に形成された穴を通って前記チューブ材から抜け出る、請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記カテーテル本体が、角度θで屈曲した屈曲部と、前記屈曲の方向に対して略90°の二方向に偏向させる二方向偏向部と、を有する偏向可能区域を備える、請求項1から6の何れかに記載のカテーテル。
- 前記角度θが、約10度〜15度である、請求項7に記載のカテーテル。
