- 前記ニードルアクチュエータ本体の一部は、当該ニードルアクチュエータ本体が使用後の位置にあるときには、前記アクチュエータボタンの上昇された位置から押下された位置への移動を制限するべく、前記アクチュエータボタンに係合することを特徴とする請求項2に記載のアセンブリ。
- 第1のベアリング面と、前記第1のベアリング面の反対側に配置された第2のベアリング面と、ばねアームとを含んでいるボタンばねをさらに備え、前記ボタンばねの前記ばねアームは、前記アクチュエータボタンを前記上昇された位置に付勢するべく構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記アクチュエータボタンは、第1の軸方向位置から当該第1の軸方向位置から離間された第2の軸方向位置まで移動可能であり、前記アクチュエータボタンは、前記アクチュエータボタンが前記第1の軸方向位置にあるとき、前記上昇された位置から前記押下された位置への移動が制限されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記ハウジングは、第1のベアリング斜面と、前記第1のベアリング斜面から離間された第2のベアリング斜面とを含み、前記ボタンばねの前記第1のベアリング面は、前記ハウジングの前記第1のベアリング斜面に係合し、前記ボタンばねの前記第2のベアリング面は、前記ハウジングの前記第2のベアリング斜面に係合することを特徴とする請求項5に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記第1および第2のベアリング斜面のうちの1つは、前記アクチュエータボタンが前記第2の軸方向位置から前記第1の軸方向位置へ移動するのを防止するべく構成されたストッパを含んでいることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記ハウジングは、前記ボタンばねの前記ばねアームと係合するべく構成されたばねアームベアリング面を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記ばねアームベアリング面は、前記アクチュエータボタンの前記第2の軸方向位置から前記第1の軸方向位置への移動を防止するべく構成されたストッパを含んでいることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のアセンブリ。
- 薬物送達システムのニードルアクチュエータアセンブリであって、
ハウジングと、
格納位置と伸長位置とを有するニードルと、
前記ニードルを支えるニードルシャトルであって、前記ニードルが前記ハウジング内に配置される前記格納位置と、前記ニードルの少なくとも一部が前記ハウジングから伸びる前記伸長位置との間の垂直軸に沿って移動可能であり、前記格納位置と伸長位置との間を移動するとき、前記ニードルは前記垂直軸または前記垂直軸に平行な軸に沿ってのみ移動するように拘束する前記ニードルシャトルと、
前記ハウジング内に収容され、前記ニードルが格納位置にある使用前の位置から、前記ニードルが伸長位置にある使用位置、および前記ニードルが格納位置にある使用後の位置まで移動するように構成されたボタン接触面を有するニードルアクチュエータ本体と、
前記ハウジングによって受け入れられるアクチュエータボタンであって、前記ハウジングに対して上昇された位置から押下された位置の間で移動可能であり、前記ハウジングに対して第1の軸方向位置から当該第1の軸方向位置から離間された第2の軸方向位置まで移動可能であり、前記アクチュエータボタンが前記第1の軸方向位置にあるとき、前記上昇された位置から前記押下された位置への移動が制限され、ロックアウトアームを含む前記アクチュエータボタンと、を備え、
前記アクチュエータボタンの前記上昇された位置から前記押下された位置への移動は、前記ニードルアクチュエータ本体を前記使用前の位置から前記使用位置に移動させ、
前記ニードルアクチュエータ本体が使用前の位置にあるとき、前記アクチュエータボタンの前記ロックアウトアームは、前記ニードルアクチュエータ本体が上向きに揺れるのを防ぐために、前記ニードルアクチュエータ本体の前記ボタン接触面の上に配置されることを特徴とする薬物送達システムのニードルアクチュエータアセンブリ。 - 第1のベアリング面と、前記第1のベアリング面の反対側に配置された第2のベアリング面と、ばねアームとを含んでいるボタンばねであって、前記ボタンばねの前記ばねアームが、前記アクチュエータボタンを前記上昇された位置に付勢するべく構成されているボタンばねをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項10に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記ハウジングは、第1のベアリング斜面と、前記第1のベアリング斜面から離間された第2のベアリング斜面とを含み、前記ボタンばねの前記第1のベアリング面は、前記ハウジングの前記第1のベアリング斜面に係合し、前記ボタンばねの前記第2のベアリング面は、前記ハウジングの第2のベアリング斜面に係合することを特徴とする請求項11に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記第1および第2のベアリング斜面のうちの1つは、前記アクチュエータボタンが前記第2の軸方向位置から前記第1の軸方向位置へ移動するのを防止するべく構成されたストッパを含んでいることを特徴とする請求項12に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記ハウジングは、前記ボタンばねの前記ばねアームと係合するべく構成されたばねアームベアリング面を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項12に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記ばねアームベアリング面は、前記アクチュエータボタンの前記第2の軸方向位置から前記第1の軸方向位置への移動を防止するべく構成されたストッパを含んでいることを特徴とする請求項14に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記アクチュエータボタンの前記ロックアウトアームは、前記ニードルアクチュエータ本体が前記使用位置にあるときには、前記アクチュエータボタンの前記押下された位置から前記上昇された位置への移動を制限するべく、前記ニードルアクチュエータ本体の前記ボタン接触面に係合することを特徴とする請求項10に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記アクチュエータボタンの前記ロックアウトアームは、前記ニードルアクチュエータ本体が前記使用後の位置にあるときには、前記アクチュエータボタンの前記押下された位置から前記上昇された位置への移動を許容するべく、前記ニードルアクチュエータ本体の前記ボタン接触面から係合解除されていることを特徴とする請求項16に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記ニードルアクチュエータ本体の一部は、前記ニードルアクチュエータ本体が前記使用後の位置にあるときには、前記アクチュエータボタンの前記上昇された位置から前記押下された位置への移動を制限するべく、前記アクチュエータボタンに係合することを特徴とする請求項17に記載のアセンブリ。
