Description
Claims (22)
- 燃料フィルター用の流体排出システムであって、
使用時に前記燃料フィルターのハウジングの軸心に配置されるスイッチ用トリガー装置と、
流体汚染物質の高さに応答して前記トリガー装置と共に移動可能なフロートであって、使用時に前記ハウジングの軸心から半径方向に間隔を空けて配置される部分を含むフロートと、
前記流体汚染物質が所定の高さに達すると前記トリガー装置によって選択的に作動されるように構成された前記スイッチと、
前記流体汚染物質が前記フィルターから排出されることを可能にするために前記スイッチの作動に応答して選択的に開放されるように構成された流体通路と、
前記フロートの対応する部分を案内するために前記ハウジングの軸心から半径方向に間隔を空けて配置されるガイドを含むバッフルと
を含む、流体排出システム。 - 前記バッフルは、所定の位置を越える前記フロートの移動を防止又は阻止するための止め具を含む、請求項1に記載の流体排出システム。
- 前記バッフルは、前記軸心に関して角度方向に間隔を空けて配置された複数のガイドを含む、請求項1又は2に記載の流体排出システム。
- 前記バッフルは、前記軸心に関して角度方向に間隔を空けて配置された複数の止め具を含む、請求項2又は3に記載の流体排出システム。
- 前記ガイドの半径方向外側表面が前記フロートを案内する、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の流体排出システム。
- 前記バッフルは、前記フィルターの内側底面に着座するように構成された基部を含む、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の流体排出システム。
- 前記バッフルが前記バッフルに関して所望の位置に保持されることができるように、前記バッフルの一部が、前記フィルターの対応する表面との摩擦係合、形状嵌め係合又は干渉係合するように構成されている、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の流体排出システム。
- 前記スイッチは、前記フィルターの底部にある開口にその下側から挿入されるように構成され、前記底部の前記下側に関して前記フィルターに固定される、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の流体排出システム。
- 前記流体通路は、前記フィルターの底部に取り付けて前記フィルターの前記底部にある開口を少なくとも部分的に選択的に閉鎖するように構成されている、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の流体排出システム。
- 前記スイッチ及び前記流体通路は、同じサブアセンブリの一部として一緒に取り付けられている、請求項8に従属する請求項9に記載の流体排出システム。
- 前記スイッチ及び前記流体通路は共通のハウジングを有する、請求項10に記載の流体排出システム。
- 前記流体通路は、ソレノイド弁の使用によって選択的に閉鎖可能である、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の流体排出システム。
- 前記フロートは、その最下位置にあるときに前記流体通路を閉鎖するべく構成されるように成形されている、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の流体排出システム。
- 前記システムは、前記トリガー装置が前記スイッチを作動させると前記流体通路を所定期間だけ開放するように構成された制御装置を更に含む、請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載の流体排出システム。
- 前記システムは、前記システムが取り付けられている車両が静止していることを示す信号を受信したときにのみ前記流体通路を開放するように構成された制御装置を更に含む、請求項1から14のいずれか一項流体排出システム。
- ユーザーに前記車両を停止させるよう促すために、前記システムが取り付けられている車両のオペレーターに前記流体汚染物質が前記所定の高さに達したことを示すための音声及び/又は視覚インジケーターを含む、請求項15に記載の流体排出システム。
- 前記スイッチは、Namurセンサー、リードスイッチ、近接センサー、電磁センサー、ホール効果センサー、又はそれらの組み合わせのいずれかである、請求項1から16のいずれか一項に記載の流体排出システム。
- 前記フロートの形状は、円形、正方形、三角形、長方形、丸形、リング、六角形、又は任意の他の幾何学的形状又はそれらの組合せのいずれかであることができ、前記フロートの内部又は外部に接続された少なくとも1つのスポークであって、前記フィルターの傾斜による前記バッフル上の前記フロートの移動又はずれを制限する少なくとも1つのスポークを有する、請求項1から17のいずれか一項に記載の流体排出システム。
- 前記トリガー装置は、前記フロートの内部への流体の進入から密閉されている、請求項1から18のいずれか一項に記載の流体排出システム。
- 請求項1から19のいずれか一項に記載の流体排出システムを組み込んだ燃料フィルター。
- 請求項1から19のいずれか一項に記載の流体排出システムを組み込んだICエンジン。
- 請求項1から19のいずれか一項に記載の流体排出システムを組み込んだ車両又は発電機。
