Description
図1は、第1の実施形態に係るX線診断装置100の構成例を示すブロック図である。図1に示すように、第1の実施形態に係るX線診断装置100は、カテーテル寝台101と、保持装置102と、X線高電圧発生装置107と、保持装置制御装置108と、モニタ109と、X線画像収集装置110と、X線検出器(Flat Panel Detector)制御装置120と、入力インターフェース130とを備える。
なお、上述した第1の実施形態では、第1のFPD画像から得られた画素値を第2のFPD画像から得られた画素値に置き換えて補正する場合について説明したが、実施形態はこれに限定されるものではない。例えば、第2のFPD画像から得られた画素値に基づく補正値を使用して、第1のFPD画像から得られた画素値を補正してもよい。かかる場合、画像処理回路202には、第1のFPD画像と第2のFPD画像とが入力される。ここで、第1のFPD画像にアーチファクトが生じた場合、画像処理回路202に入力される第2のFPD画像の画素値は、アーチファクトが生じなかった場合の第1のFPD画像の画素値に相当する。そこで、画像処理回路202は、第2のFPD画像の画素値から第1のFPD画像の画素値を減算した値を補正値として算出する。そして、画像処理回路202は、第1のFPD画像の画素値から、算出した補正値を減算して、第1のFPD画像を補正する。
第1の実施形態では、モニタ109に表示させる画像を第2の画像から第1の画像に変更した際に、第1の画像に電気信号の残存成分に由来するアーチファクトが生じた場合に、第2の画像から得られた画素値を用いて第1の画像を補正する場合について説明した。ところで、X線診断装置100において、第2のFPDより若干広い視野でのDSA(Digital Subtraction Angiography)撮影が第1のFPDを使用して実施される場合がある。
実施形態は、上述した実施形態に限られるものではない。

Claims (6)
- X線管から照射されたX線を光に変換するシンチレータと、前記シンチレータを共有し、前記シンチレータによって変換された光を検出して電気信号を出力する第1の光検出器及び電気信号の残存成分が前記第1の光検出器よりも少ない第2の光検出器とを有するX線検出器と、
前記第1の光検出器により出力された電気信号から生成された第1の画像を、前記第2の光検出器により出力された電気信号から生成された第2の画像を用いて補正する制御部と、
を備え、
前記制御部は、表示部に表示させる画像を前記第2の画像から前記第1の画像に変更した際に、前記第1の画像に前記電気信号の残存成分に由来するアーチファクトが生じた場合に、前記第2の画像から得られた画素値を用いて前記第1の画像を補正する、X線診断装置。 - 前記第1の光検出器及び前記第2の光検出器は、前記シンチレータで変換された光を同時に検出した電気信号をそれぞれ出力する、請求項1に記載のX線診断装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記第1の光検出器と前記第2の光検出器との感度比に応じた係数を前記第2の画像の画素値に乗じた画素値と、前記第1の画像の画素値との差が閾値以上である場合に、前記アーチファクトが生じたと判定する、請求項1又は2に記載のX線診断装置。
- 前記第2の光検出器は、解像度が前記第1の光検出器よりも高く、
前記制御部は、前記第1の画像の画素値と前記第2の画像の画素値とを比較する場合、前記第2の画像の画素ピッチを補正する、請求項3に記載のX線診断装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記第2の画像から得られた画素値から前記第1の画像から得られた画素値を減算して補正値を算出し、前記第1の画像から得られた画素値から前記補正値を減算して、前記第1の画像を補正する、請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに記載のX線診断装置。
- 前記第1の光検出器は、前記第2の光検出器よりも視野サイズが広い、請求項1〜5のいずれか一つに記載のX線診断装置。
