Claims (7)
- 内側環状部材、中間環状部材、外側環状部材を含み、前記内側環状部材、中間環状部材及び外側環状部材は、同心であり、位置合せされた際に、共通軸を有し、前記内側環状部材は、前記中間環状部材内に存在し、前記中間環状部材は、前記外側環状部材内に存在し、前記内側環状部材は、凸球状外周部を有し、前記中間環状部材は、凹球状内周部を有し、前記両周部は、中心で同心であり、前記中間環状部材の前記内周部は、前記内側環状部材の前記外周部と係合され、前記中間環状部材である第2部材は、前記共通軸と直交する第1軸上で前記内側環状部材周りに回転するように制約され、前記中間環状部材は、凸球状外周部を有し、前記外側環状部材は、凹球状内周部を有し、前記周部は、中心で同心であり、前記外側環状部材の前記内周部は、前記中間環状部材の前記外周部と係合され、前記外側環状部材は、前記共通軸と前記第1軸の両方に直交する第2軸上で前記中間環状部材周りに回転するように制約され、その場合、前記内側環状部材は、内ねじ山を有する中心穴を備え、前記外側環状部材は、少なくとも一対の平行な外面を有し、前記平行な外面は、フレームに取付けられる一対の対向する支持片の協働面と摺動接触状態で支持される
ことを特徴とするリードスクリュ用ナット。 - リードスクリュの外ねじ山を有し、該外ねじ山は、前記内側環状部材の中心開口部内で嵌合され、前記リードスクリュの外ねじ山は、前記中心開口部の前記内ねじ山と協働して、前記ナットを前記ねじ山に関連して往復移動させる
請求項1に記載のナット。 - 前記外側環状部材は、正方形の周部を有し、該周部は、フレームに取付けられる二対の対向する支持片の面と摺動接触状態で支持される端部を有する
請求項1または2に記載のナット。 - 前記外側環状部材の前記外周部の平行な一対の縁部は、V字形の対向する縁部を有し、該V字形の縁部は、前記支持片の逆V字形に係合する
請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載のナット。 - 前記外側環状部材は、一対の平行な平縁部を有し、該平縁部は、対応する一対の支持片の平坦な平面と係合する
請求項1または2に記載のナット。 - 前記内側環状部材と前記外側環状部材は、平行な側面を有すると共に、前記外側環状部材は、前記両部材が位置合せされた際に、前記部材の前記平行な側面に平行な板間に、前記板と前記平行な側面との間に空間を有して配置される
請求項1または2に記載のナット。 - 内側環状部材、外側環状部材を含み、前記内側環状部材外側環状部材は、同心であり、位置合せされた際に、共通軸を有し、前記内側環状部材は、前記外側環状部材内に存在し、前記内側環状部材は、凸球状外周部を有し、前記外側環状部材は、凹球状内周部を有し、前記両周部は、中心で同心であり、前記外側環状部材の前記内周部は、前記内側環状部材の前記外周部と係合され、前記外側環状部材は、前記共通軸と直交する軸上で前記内側環状部材周りに回転するように制約され、前記内側環状部材は、内ねじ山を有する中心穴を備え、前記外側環状部材は、一対の平行な外面を有し、前記平行な外面は、フレームに取付けられる一対の対向する支持片の協働面と摺動接触状態で支持され、
前記支持片は、一対の円形の端板の間に取り付けられ、直円柱の縁部の一部として形成されて筒状の外面を有し、前記筒状の外面の曲率が、前記円形の端板の外周の曲率と係合する
