Description
Claims (5)
- 環状の金属製ブッシュと、
前記金属製ブッシュの周囲に設けられ、外周部に歯形が形成された環状の樹脂部材と、
前記金属製ブッシュと前記樹脂部材との間に設けられた弾性部材と、を備えた樹脂製歯車であって、
前記弾性部材は、前記金属製ブッシュの一端面及び前記樹脂部材の一端面の少なくとも何れかよりも前記樹脂製歯車の軸方向外側に張り出す第1張出部を有する、樹脂製歯車。 - 前記第1張出部は、前記金属製ブッシュの一端面に接する第1接触部、及び、前記樹脂部材の一端面に接する第2接触部の少なくとも何れかを有する、請求項1に記載の樹脂製歯車。
- 前記弾性部材は、前記金属製ブッシュの他端面及び前記樹脂部材の他端面の少なくとも何れかよりも前記樹脂製歯車の軸方向外側に張り出す第2張出部を有する、請求項1又は2に記載の樹脂製歯車。
- 前記第2張出部は、前記金属製ブッシュの他端面に接する第3接触部、及び、前記樹脂部材の他端面に接する第4接触部の少なくとも何れかを有する、請求項3に記載の樹脂製歯車。
- 前記弾性部材は、前記金属製ブッシュと前記樹脂部材との間に設けられ前記樹脂製歯車の軸方向に貫通する孔に充填されている、請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の樹脂製歯車。
