Description
上記実施形態においては、アクセルペダルが踏み込まれていない状態での減速惰行中におけるダウンシフト変速(コーストダウン変速)の場合において、変速処理部7aが、図7に示す時刻t4、即ち、所定の基準スリップ量Asが発生した時点の推定実油圧Pesを解放指示圧Prelに設定するようにした。ところで、コーストダウン変速中においてアクセルペダルが踏み込まれると、図9に示すように、入力軸2aの入力軸回転数Ntが増加、所謂、吹け上がりが生じ、変速に伴うショックが発生する場合がある。
上記第一変形例においては、コーストダウン変速においてアクセルペダルが踏み込まれた場合であっても、変速に伴うショックを低減するために、推定実油圧Pesを演算するとともに推定実油圧Pesに油圧増加量P0を加味した解放指示圧Prelを設定するようにした。この場合、エンジン1から自動変速機2に入力される入力トルクTinの応答に対し、指示圧(例えば、解放指示圧Prel)に対する実油圧Pj(推定実油圧Pes)の応答遅れが大きい(時定数Toilが大きい)場合には、応答性の差異に起因して変速時にショックが生じる可能性がある。
Claims (4)
- 入力軸と、
出力軸と、
前記入力軸と前記出力軸との間に配置されて、係合状態になることによって動力源から前記入力軸に入力された回転動力の前記出力軸への伝達を許容するとともに解放状態になることによって前記回転動力の前記出力軸への伝達を遮断する摩擦係合要素と、
前記摩擦係合要素に対して油圧を供給する油圧回路と、を備え、前記油圧回路から供給される前記油圧により前記摩擦係合要素が前記係合状態と前記解放状態との間で遷移可能な油圧装置に適用され、
前記油圧回路から前記摩擦係合要素に供給される前記油圧を制御する油圧制御装置であって、
前記油圧回路から前記摩擦係合要素に供給すべき前記油圧を前記油圧回路に指示する指示圧に対して前記油圧回路から前記摩擦係合要素に実際に供給される実油圧の遅れを演算して推定し、推定した前記実油圧の遅れを加味した推定実油圧を演算する演算部と、
前記入力軸と前記出力軸との間に相対回転が生じることを許容するように、前記係合状態と前記解放状態との間の中間状態にある前記摩擦係合要素に発生したスリップ量が所定の基準スリップ量に達したか否かを判定する判定部と、
前記判定部によって前記スリップ量が前記基準スリップ量に達したことが判定された時に、前記演算部によって演算された前記推定実油圧を前記指示圧として設定する設定部と、を備えた、油圧制御装置。 - 前記演算部は、
前記実油圧の遅れを、
前記入力軸の目標回転数を制御入力とし、前記入力軸の回転数を制御量とし、前記目標回転数と前記回転数との偏差に比例する値を前記指示圧とする伝達関数を用いて演算する、請求項1に記載の油圧制御装置。 - 前記摩擦係合要素における前記スリップ量が前記基準スリップ量に達した後、前記動力源から前記入力軸に入力される前記回転動力が増加する場合、
前記演算部は、
増加する前記回転動力を前記実油圧の遅れに一致する遅れを有して前記入力軸に入力するように、前記動力源に対して要求する、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の油圧制御装置。 - 前記油圧装置は、
複数の前記摩擦係合要素と、
前記動力源と前記入力軸との間に配置された流体伝動装置と、を有し、
前記複数の前記摩擦係合要素を選択的に前記係合状態又は前記解放状態にすることにより、前記動力源から前記流体伝動装置を介して前記入力軸に入力された前記回転動力を、前記出力軸を介して駆動輪に出力する車両用自動変速機である、請求項1乃至請求項3のうちの何れか一項に記載の油圧制御装置。
