Claims (8)
- 粉末を収容するホッパと、
前記ホッパの下方に設けられ、回転軸線の周りに回転可能である円筒状のローラと、
前記ローラの周面に対面し、前記ローラとの間の空間に前記粉末を貯留する壁面と、を備え、
前記ローラが回転することにより、前記ローラと前記壁面との間に貯留された前記粉末を前記ローラの回転方向に移動させて落下させるように構成されており、
前記ローラの前記周面には、軸方向に延びる複数の溝部が形成されており、
前記複数の溝部のうち少なくとも1つの溝部は、前記粉末を収容できる容量が前記軸方向において変化するように形成されると共に、前記少なくとも1つの溝部には、軸方向における前記容量を変更自在な変更手段が設けられている、粉末供給装置。 - 前記変更手段は、前記少なくとも1つの溝部に嵌め込まれて前記軸方向の任意の位置で固定可能な詰め物からなる、請求項1に記載の粉末供給装置。
- 前記変更手段は、前記少なくとも1つの溝部に嵌め込まれて前記軸方向の位置を変更可能とされた詰め物からなる、請求項1に記載の粉末供給装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの溝部において、前記軸方向の中央部における前記容量は、前記軸方向の端部における前記容量よりも大きい、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の粉末供給装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの溝部において、前記容量は、前記軸方向の前記端部から前記中央部に向かうにつれて大きくなっている、請求項4に記載の粉末供給装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの溝部の底面は、段階的に変化するように形成されている、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の粉末供給装置。
- 前記粉末を落下させるための落下口であって、前記ローラの前記回転軸線の側方に形成された前記落下口を更に備える、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の粉末供給装置。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の粉末供給装置と、
前記ローラの下方に設けられ、前記粉末が載る上面を有する作業台と、
前記作業台の側方において上方に向けて露出する造形面と、
前記作業台の前記上面上から前記造形面上に向けて移動可能な塗布機構と、
前記塗布機構によって前記造形面上に供給された粉末に向けてビームを照射するビーム出射部と、を備える三次元積層造形装置。
