以下の成分1)および2)の混合物を少なくとも40質量%、好ましくは少なくとも50質量%、特に好ましくは少なくとも60質量%、殊に好ましくは少なくとも70質量%、極めて特に好ましくは少なくとも80質量%含有する層(層I)と、
電気絶縁外層と電気絶縁内層との間に埋め込まれている電流導体
とを含む、前記加熱可能な管である:
1)以下α)およびβ)に由来するモノマー単位からなる半芳香族コポリアミドを60〜99質量部、好ましくは65〜98質量部、特に好ましくは68〜97質量部、殊に好ましくは70〜96質量部:
α)ヘキサメチレンジアミンとテレフタル酸との組み合わせを30〜90モル%、好ましくは35〜85モル%、特に好ましくは40〜80モル%、殊に好ましくは41〜75モル%、極めて特に好ましくは45〜70モル%、および
β)ヘキサメチレンジアミンと8〜19個のC原子を有する直鎖脂肪族ジカルボン酸との組み合わせを70〜10モル%、好ましくは65〜15モル%、特に好ましくは60〜20モル%、殊に好ましくは59〜25モル%、極めて特に好ましくは55〜30モル%、
その際、前記モル%の数値はα)とβ)との合計を基準とし、かつその際、ヘキサメチレンジアミンの最高で20%、好ましくは最高で15%、特に好ましくは最高で12%、殊に好ましくは最高で8%、極めて特に好ましくは最高で5%または最高で4%が当量の他のジアミンで置き換えられていてよく、かつ/または、その際、テレフタル酸の最高で20%、好ましくは最高で15%、特に好ましくは最高で12%、殊に好ましくは最高で8%、極めて特に好ましくは最高で5%または最高で4%が当量の他の芳香族ジカルボン酸および/または1,4−シクロヘキサンジカルボン酸で置き換えられていてよく、かつ/または、その際、ヘキサメチレンジアミンと直鎖脂肪族ジカルボン酸とからの繰返し単位の最高で20%、好ましくは最高で15%、特に好ましくは最高で12%、殊に好ましくは最高で8%、極めて特に好ましくは最高で5%または最高で4%が、6〜12個のC原子を有するラクタムまたは6〜12個のC原子を有するω−アミノカルボン酸に由来する当量の単位で置き換えられていてよいものとする、
2)耐衝撃性改良剤としてのオレフィン系コポリマーを40〜1質量部、好ましくは最高で35〜2質量部、特に好ましくは32〜3質量部、殊に好ましくは30〜4質量部、
その際、1)の質量部と2)の質量部との合計は100であるものとする。
a)2〜12個のC原子を有する1種以上のα−オレフィンを20〜99.9質量%、好ましくは30〜99.7質量%、
b)以下から選択される1種以上のアクリル化合物を0〜50質量%:
− アクリル酸、またはメタクリル酸、またはそれらの塩、および
− アクリル酸またはメタクリル酸とC1〜C12−アルコールとのエステルであるが、但し、エポキシ基を有するエステル、例えばグリシジルアクリレートおよびグリシジルメタクリレートは除外されるものとする、
c)オレフィン性不飽和エポキシドまたはジカルボン酸無水物を0.1〜50質量%、
その際、前記質量%の数値は前記オレフィン系コポリマーを基準とし、かつ合計で最高で100であることができる。これ以外に、他のコモノマーに由来する単位、例えばスチレンまたは非共役ジエンに由来する単位が存在してもよいことに留意すべきである。
− エテンをベースとするモノマー単位を35〜94.9質量%、好ましくは40〜90質量%、特に好ましくは45〜85質量%、
− 4〜8個のC原子を有する1−アルケンをベースとするモノマー単位を5〜65質量%、好ましくは10〜60質量%、特に好ましくは15〜55質量%、
− 他のオレフィンをベースとするモノマー単位を0〜10質量%、および
− 脂肪族不飽和ジカルボン酸無水物をベースとするモノマー単位を0.1〜2.5質量%
を含むオレフィン系コポリマーであり、
その際、前記個々の含分は、前記質量%の数値の合計が100となるように選択される。前記エテンをベースとするモノマー単位についての本発明による他の下限は、34.9質量%、好ましくは39.9質量%、特に好ましくは44.9質量%であり、一方でこれについての本発明による他の上限は、好ましくは89.9質量%、特に好ましくは84.9質量%である。
− エテンをベースとするモノマー単位を35〜94.9質量%、好ましくは40〜90質量%、特に好ましくは45〜85質量%、
− プロペンをベースとするモノマー単位を5〜65質量%、好ましくは10〜60質量%、特に好ましくは15〜55質量%、
− 他のオレフィン、例えば非共役ジエンをベースとするモノマー単位を0〜10質量%、および
− 脂肪族不飽和ジカルボン酸無水物をベースとするモノマー単位を0.1〜2.5質量%
を含むオレフィン系コポリマーであり、
その際、前記個々の含分は、前記質量%の数値の合計が100となるように選択される。前記エテンをベースとするモノマー単位についての本発明による他の下限は、34.9質量%、好ましくは39.9質量%、特に好ましくは44.9質量%であり、一方でこれについての本発明による他の上限は、好ましくは89.9質量%、特に好ましくは84.9質量%である。
− 以下a)、b)およびc)のモノマーの単位を含むオレフィン系コポリマーを5〜95質量%:
a)2〜12個のC原子を有する1種以上のα−オレフィンを20〜99.9質量%、
b)アクリル酸またはメタクリル酸とC1〜C12−アルコールとのエステルであるが、但し、エポキシ基を有するエステルは除外されるものとする前記エステルを0〜50質量%、および
c)オレフィン性不飽和エポキシドを0.1〜50質量%、
その際、前記質量%の数値は前記オレフィン系コポリマーを基準とし、かつ合計で最高で100であるものとする、
並びに、
− 以下a)、b)およびc)のモノマーの単位を含むオレフィン系コポリマーを95〜5質量%:
a)2〜12個のC原子を有する1種以上のα−オレフィンを42〜99.9質量%、
b)アクリル酸またはメタクリル酸とC1〜C12−アルコールとのエステルであるが、但し、エポキシ基を有するエステルは除外されるものとする前記エステルを0〜50質量%、および
c)オレフィン性不飽和ジカルボン酸無水物を0.1〜8質量%、
その際、前記質量%の数値は前記オレフィン系コポリマーを基準とし、かつ合計で最高で100であるものとする。
− 第1の変形形態の耐衝撃性改良剤を70〜99質量%、および
− 以下a)、b)およびc)のモノマーの単位を含むオレフィン系コポリマーを1〜30質量%:
a)2〜12個のC原子を有する1種以上のα−オレフィンを20〜99.9質量%、
b)アクリル酸またはメタクリル酸とC1〜C12−アルコールとのエステルであるが、但し、エポキシ基を有するエステルは除外されるものとする前記エステルを0〜50質量%、および
c)オレフィン性不飽和エポキシドを0.1〜50質量%、
その際、前記質量%の数値は前記オレフィン系コポリマーを基準とし、かつ合計で最高で100であるものとする。
− 第2の変形形態の耐衝撃性改良剤を70〜99質量%、および
− 以下a)、b)およびc)のモノマーの単位を含むオレフィン系コポリマーを1〜30質量%:
a)2〜12個のC原子を有する1種以上のα−オレフィンを20〜99.9質量%、
b)アクリル酸またはメタクリル酸とC1〜C12−アルコールとのエステルであるが、但し、エポキシ基を有するエステルは除外されるものとする前記エステルを0〜50質量%、および
c)オレフィン性不飽和エポキシドを0.1〜50質量%、
その際、前記質量%の数値は前記オレフィン系コポリマーを基準とし、かつ合計で最高で100であるものとする。
− 第1の変形形態の耐衝撃性改良剤を50〜99質量%、および
− 第3の変形形態の、前記水素化されかつ酸無水物で変性されたブロックコポリマーを、1〜50質量%。
− 第2の変形形態の耐衝撃性改良剤を50〜99質量%、および
− 第3の変形形態の水素化されかつ酸無水物で変性されたブロックコポリマーを1〜50質量%。
a)安定剤、
b)他のポリマー、
c)可塑剤、
d)顔料および/または着色剤、および
e)加工助剤。
− SCR導管に関して:3mm×1mm、4mm×1mm、5mm×1mm、8mm×1mm、または12mm×1.5mm;
− ディーゼル導管に関して:6mm×1mm、8mm×1mm、10mm×1.5mm、または25mm×2.5mm;
− 車両における燃料電池のガス供給用導管:4mm×1mm、5mm×1mm、8mm×1mm、10mm×1mm、または12mm×1.5mm。
重縮合釜中に、ヘキサメチレンジアミン12.621kg、テレフタル酸9.021kg、ドデカン二酸13.356kg、蒸留水15.000kgおよび次亜リン酸の50質量%水溶液3.53gを装入した。この装入材料を180℃で溶融させ、かつ225℃、22barで3時間撹拌した。連続的に10barに放圧しながら300℃に加熱し、この温度でさらに放圧した。0.5barに達したら、この釜を空にして生成物を造粒した。この造粒体をタンブル乾燥機中で後縮合させ、そのようにして所望の分子量にした。
クリスタリット融点Tm:278℃(主要ピーク)
製造されたPA6T/612を65.38質量部と、TAFMER MH7010を30質量部と、カラーバッチを2.5質量部と、Polyad PB201 Iodideを1.2質量部と、Naugard 445を0.6質量部と、ステアリン酸カルシウム0.32質量部とを使用した。この成形材料を個々の成分から溶融混合により混練装置中で製造し、ストランドとして排出し、造粒し、かつ乾燥させた。
IDE社のME 45/4×25D型の単一管押出成形装置で、本発明により使用される成形材料から、8.0mmの外径および1.0mmの肉厚を有する単一管を、280℃で100rpmの回転数で製造した。
a)引張試験:この単一管をDIN EN ISO 527−1により100mm/minの引張速度で試験した。試験体は長さ約200mmであり、グリップ長は100mmであり、かつ伸び記録装置の距離は50mmであった。
b)衝撃曲げ試験:この単一管の耐衝撃性の測定を、DIN 73378により23℃および−40℃で行った。このために、それぞれ長さ約100mmの管片を10本使用した。
c)ハンマー落下試験:ハンマー落下試験をSAE規格により実施した。その際、特定の重りを所定の落下高さから試験体に落下させた。この試験によって、SAE J2260およびSAE J844により衝撃作用時の前記単一管の耐衝撃特性を測定した。それぞれ10本の試験体を−40℃で測定し、かつ負荷後に損傷を目視により調べた。
本発明には、以下のような態様が含まれる。
[1] 加熱可能な管であって、
以下の成分1)および2)を少なくとも40質量%含有する成形材料からの層(層I)
と、
電気絶縁外層と電気絶縁内層との間に埋め込まれている電流導体
とを含む、前記加熱可能な管:
1)以下α)およびβ)に由来するモノマー単位からなる半芳香族コポリアミドを60〜99質量部:
α)ヘキサメチレンジアミンとテレフタル酸との組み合わせを30〜90モル%、および
β)ヘキサメチレンジアミンと8〜19個のC原子を有する直鎖脂肪族ジカルボン酸との組み合わせを70〜10モル%、
その際、前記モル%の数値はα)とβ)との合計を基準とし、かつその際、ヘキサメチレンジアミンの最高で20%が当量の他のジアミンで置き換えられていてよく、かつ/または、その際、テレフタル酸の最高で20%が当量の他の芳香族ジカルボン酸および/または1,4−シクロヘキサンジカルボン酸で置き換えられていてよく、かつ/または、その際、ヘキサメチレンジアミンと直鎖脂肪族ジカルボン酸とからの繰返し単位の最高で20%が、6〜12個のC原子を有するラクタムまたは6〜12個のC原子を有するω−アミノカルボン酸に由来する当量の単位で置き換えられていてよいものとする、
2)耐衝撃性改良剤としてのオレフィン系コポリマーを40〜1質量部、
その際、1)の質量部と2)の質量部との合計は100であるものとする。
[2] 前記層Iが前記内層であり、前記電流導体が前記内層と前記外層との間に直に施与されている金属導体であり、かつ前記外層が事後的に機械的に施与される保護シースである、[1]に記載の加熱可能な管。
[3] 前記層Iが前記外層であり、前記電流導体が前記内層と前記外層との間に直に施与されている金属導体であり、かつ前記外層が事後的に機械的に施与される保護シースである、[1]に記載の加熱可能な管。
[4] 前記層Iが前記内層であり、前記電流導体が前記内層と前記外層との間に直に施与されている金属導体であり、かつ前記外層が積層押出成形される保護シースである、[1]に記載の加熱可能な管。
[5] 前記層Iが前記外層であり、前記電流導体が前記内層と前記外層との間に直に施与されている金属導体であり、かつ前記外層が積層押出成形される保護シースである、[1]に記載の加熱可能な管。
[6] 前記外層若しくは前記内層のいずれか一方、または前記外層と前記内層の双方が、電気絶縁層Iであり、かつその際、前記電流導体が導電性熱可塑性成形材料からの中間層であり、前記中間層の中に空間的に互いに離れた少なくとも1つの電気導体対が埋め込まれている、[1]に記載の加熱可能な管。
[7] 前記層Iの成形材料がさらなる添加物を0.01〜60質量%含有する、[1]から[6]までのいずれか1つに記載の加熱可能な管。
[8] 前記さらなる添加物のうちの1つが銅含有安定剤である、[7]に記載の加熱可能な管。
[9] 前記層Iのコポリアミドのクリスタリット融点Tmが、ISO 11357により2回目昇温時に測定した場合に220℃〜300℃の範囲内である、[1]から[8]までのいずれか1つに記載の加熱可能な管。
[10] 前記中間層の導電性成形材料が、導電性カーボンブラック、グラファイト粉末および/またはカーボンナノチューブを含有する、[6]に記載の加熱可能な管。
[11] 前記中間層の導電性成形材料が10-3〜1010Ωmの範囲内の体積抵抗率を有し、その際、DIN IEC 60093により測定した場合には104Ωm以上の範囲内であり、かつEN ISO 3915により測定した場合には104Ωm未満の範囲内である、[10]に記載の加熱可能な管。
[12] 前記中間層の前記導電性熱可塑性成形材料が、脂肪族ポリアミドをベースとする成形材料である、[10]または[11]に記載の加熱可能な管。
[13] SCR導管、ディーゼル燃料用導管または燃料電池系用導管を製造するための、[1]から[12]までのいずれか1つに記載の加熱可能な管の使用。
Claims (13)
- 加熱可能な管であって、
以下の成分1)および2)を少なくとも40質量%含有する成形材料からなる層I
と、
電気絶縁外層と電気絶縁内層との間に埋め込まれている電流導体
とを含む、前記加熱可能な管:
1)以下α)およびβ)に由来するモノマー単位からなる半芳香族コポリアミドを60〜99質量部:
α)ヘキサメチレンジアミンとテレフタル酸との組み合わせを30〜90モル%、および
β)ヘキサメチレンジアミンと11〜19個のC原子を有する直鎖脂肪族ジカルボン酸との組み合わせを70〜10モル%、
その際、前記モル%の数値はα)とβ)との合計を基準とし、かつその際、ヘキサメチレンジアミンの最高で20%が当量の、1,10−デカンジアミン、1,12−ドデカンジアミン、m−キシリレンジアミン、p−キシリレンジアミン、ビス−(4−アミノシクロヘキシル)メタン、2−メチル−1,5−ペンタジアミン、および1,4−ビス−アミノメチル−シクロヘキサンからなる群から選択される他のジアミンで置き換えられていてよく、かつ/または、その際、テレフタル酸の最高で20%が当量の、イソフタル酸、4,4’−ジフェニルジカルボン酸、4,4’−ジフェニルエーテルジカルボン酸、2,6−ナフタレンジカルボン酸、1,4−ナフタレンジカルボン酸、および1,5−ナフタレンジカルボン酸からなる群から選択される他の芳香族ジカルボン酸および/または1,4−シクロヘキサンジカルボン酸で置き換えられていてよく、かつ/または、その際、ヘキサメチレンジアミンと直鎖脂肪族ジカルボン酸とからなる繰返し単位の最高で20%が、6〜12個のC原子を有するラクタムまたは6〜12個のC原子を有するω−アミノカルボン酸に由来する当量の単位で置き換えられていてよいものとする、
2)耐衝撃性改良剤としてのオレフィン系コポリマーを40〜1質量部、
その際、1)の質量部と2)の質量部との合計は100であるものとする。 - 前記層Iが前記電気絶縁内層であり、前記電流導体が前記電気絶縁内層と前記電気絶縁外層との間に直に設けられている金属導体であり、かつ前記電気絶縁外層が保護シースである、請求項1に記載の加熱可能な管。
- 前記層Iが前記電気絶縁外層であり、前記電流導体が前記電気絶縁内層と前記電気絶縁外層との間に直に設けられている金属導体であり、かつ前記電気絶縁外層が保護シースである、請求項1に記載の加熱可能な管。
- 前記層Iが前記電気絶縁内層であり、前記電流導体が前記電気絶縁内層と前記電気絶縁外層との間に直に設けられている金属導体であり、かつ前記電気絶縁外層が押出成形体としての保護シースである、請求項1に記載の加熱可能な管。
- 前記層Iが前記電気絶縁外層であり、前記電流導体が前記電気絶縁内層と前記電気絶縁外層との間に直に設けられている金属導体であり、かつ前記電気絶縁外層が押出成形体としての保護シースである、請求項1に記載の加熱可能な管。
- 前記電気絶縁外層若しくは前記電気絶縁内層のいずれか一方、または前記電気絶縁外層と前記電気絶縁内層の双方が、層Iであり、かつその際、前記電流導体が導電性熱可塑性成形材料からなる中間層であり、前記中間層の中に空間的に互いに離れた少なくとも1つの電気導体対が埋め込まれている、請求項1に記載の加熱可能な管。
- 前記層Iの成形材料がさらなる添加物を0.01〜60質量%含有する、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項に記載の加熱可能な管。
- 前記さらなる添加物のうちの1つが銅含有安定剤である、請求項7に記載の加熱可能な管。
- 前記層Iのコポリアミドのクリスタリット融点Tmが、ISO 11357により2回目の昇温時に測定した場合に220℃〜300℃の範囲内である、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項に記載の加熱可能な管。
- 前記中間層の導電性熱可塑性成形材料が、導電性カーボンブラック、グラファイト粉末および/またはカーボンナノチューブを含有する、請求項6に記載の加熱可能な管。
- 前記中間層の導電性熱可塑性成形材料が10-3〜1010Ωmの範囲内の体積抵抗率を有し、その際、DIN IEC 60093により測定した場合には104Ωm以上の範囲内であり、かつEN ISO 3915により測定した場合には104Ωm未満の範囲内である、請求項10に記載の加熱可能な管。
- 前記中間層の前記導電性熱可塑性成形材料が、脂肪族ポリアミドをベースとする成形材料である、請求項10または11に記載の加熱可能な管。
- SCR導管、ディーゼル燃料用導管または燃料電池系用導管を製造するための、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項に記載の加熱可能な管の使用。
