Description
− 燃焼機関が、電気機械7を車輪に接続するトランスミッションから切り離される(図1でのような中心におけるスライディングギア)、
− 燃焼機関が、電気機械からの追加有りまたは無しの状態で車輪を駆動する(左側のスライディングギア)、および
− 燃焼機関および電気機械7が、それらのそれぞれのトルクを車輪の方向に追加するように結合される(右側のスライディングギア)、という少なくとも3つの位置を占めることができる。
が電気機械7を制御する際に使用される様々なパラメータ間で確立されることを可能にし、ただし、
− VdおよびVqは、パーク軸系の軸dおよびqにそれぞれ印加されるボルト単位での電圧であり、
− IdおよびIqは、パーク軸系の軸dおよびq上でそれぞれ循環するアンペア単位での電流であり、
− Rsは、電気機械のステータのオーム単位での等価抵抗であり、
− LdおよびLqはそれぞれ、パーク軸系の軸dおよびq上でのヘンリー単位でのインダクタンスであり、
− ωrは、電気機械の磁界の1秒当たりのラジアン単位での回転速度であり、
− Φfは、ロータの磁石によって発生されるウェーバ単位での磁束である。
この表記法を用いると、電気機械は、
(E2) Te=Φf・Iq+Id・Iq(Ld−Lq)
と書かれるトルクTeを供給する。
上記の方程式は、図4からの制御構造が確立されることを可能にする。入力データTe_consは、電気機械7によって供給すべき設定点制動トルクに対応する。第1の計算モジュール41は、設定点制動トルクTe_consから、方程式E2を満たすようにパーク軸系での設定点電流Id_consおよびIq_consの計算を可能にする。設定点電流Id_consおよびIq_consは、第2の計算モジュール42によって、電気機械7内で測定される電流I1、I2およびI3のパーク変換から得られる電流IdおよびIqと比較され、パーク変換は、第3の計算モジュール43によって計算される。第2の計算モジュール42からの電流Id_cons−IdおよびIq_cons−Iqの比較は次いで、第4の計算モジュール44において、補正された電流設定点Id_cons.cおよびIq_cons.cの計算を可能にする。補正された電流設定点Id_cons.cおよびIq_cons.cから、パーク軸系での電圧設定点Vd_consおよびVq_consが、方程式E1の系に従って、第5の計算モジュール45において計算される。第6の計算モジュール46は、実際の電圧設定点V1_cons、V2_consおよびV3_consを得るためにパーク軸系での電圧設定点Vd_consおよびVq_consに基づいて逆パーク変換を計算する。インバータ70は、電気機械7に実際の電圧設定点V1_cons、V2_consおよびV3_consに適合する正弦波電圧V1、V2およびV3を印加する。
Claims (7)
- 電気トルクを電気機械(7)から受け取る一次側シャフト(1、6)の一次速度(ωp)とトランスミッション二次側シャフト(10)の前記一次速度よりも低い二次速度とを同期させるためのデバイスであって、前記一次側シャフト(1、6)および前記二次側シャフト(10)は、切り離されており、前記一次側シャフト(1、6)は、前記一次速度(ωp)と関連する運動エネルギーを有し、
前記デバイスが、前記一次速度が前記二次速度に実質的に等しくなるまで、電気制動トルク(Te)を前記一次側シャフト(1、6)に供給するための手段、ならびに前記一次側シャフト(1、6)によって失われる前記運動エネルギーを電気エネルギーの形で少なくとも部分的に回収し、前記電気エネルギーをエネルギー貯蔵手段(71)に伝達するための手段を含み、
前記エネルギー貯蔵手段が、エネルギーバッファ(73)に結合されるバッテリー(72)を含み、
前記デバイスがさらに、前記一次側シャフトの制動中に前記電気エネルギーを前記エネルギーバッファ(73)に充電し、いったん前記一次側シャフトが同期されると、前記エネルギーバッファ(73)を前記バッテリー(72)に放電するように構成される制御ユニット(74)を含み、
前記制御ユニット(74)が、定義済みの低閾値を下回る前記バッテリー(72)の充電レベルの通過を検出し、前記低閾値を下回る前記バッテリー(72)の前記充電レベルの通過を検出する場合、前記エネルギーバッファ(73)内に所定のエネルギーレベルを維持するように構成されることを特徴とする、デバイス。 - 前記デバイスが、インバータ(70)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記エネルギーバッファ(73)が、少なくとも1つのスーパーキャパシタ(80)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のデバイス。
- 前記制御ユニット(74)が、チョッパ回路(86)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記電気機械(7)が、前記一次側シャフト(1、6)の前記一次速度(ωp)と前記二次側シャフト(10)の前記一次速度よりも高い前記二次速度とを同期させるために、加速トルクを供給するとき、前記制御ユニット(74)が、前記エネルギーバッファ(73)に含有される前記エネルギーを前記電気機械(7)に供給するように構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- 請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のデバイスを備える電気またはハイブリッド自動車。
- 電気トルクを電気機械(7)から受け取る一次側シャフト(1、6)の一次速度(ωp)とトランスミッション二次側シャフト(10)の前記一次速度よりも低い二次速度とを同期させるための方法であって、前記一次側シャフト(1、6)および前記二次側シャフト(10)は、切り離されており、前記一次側シャフト(1、6)は、前記一次速度(ωp)と関連する運動エネルギーを有し、
前記電気機械(7)が、前記一次側シャフト(1、6)の前記運動エネルギーを少なくとも部分的に回収し、前記エネルギーを貯蔵手段(71)に伝達するように、前記一次速度が前記二次速度に実質的に等しくなるまで、再生モードにおいて電気制動トルク(Te)を前記一次側シャフト(1、6)に供給するように制御され、
前記貯蔵手段が、エネルギーバッファ(73)に結合されるバッテリー(72)を含み、
前記貯蔵手段が、前記一次側シャフトの制動中に前記エネルギーを前記エネルギーバッファ(73)に充電し、いったん前記一次側シャフトが同期されると、前記エネルギーバッファ(73)を前記バッテリー(72)に放電するように制御され、
定義済みの低閾値を下回る前記バッテリー(72)の充電レベルの通過の検出と、前記検出のステップが前記低閾値を下回る前記バッテリー(72)の前記充電レベルの通過を検出した場合における、前記エネルギーバッファ(73)内での所定のエネルギーレベルの維持と、を含むことを特徴とする、方法。
