Claims (7)
- リング部分と、前記リング部分から半径方向に延びる複数のステータ極とを有するステータコアと、
前記ステータ極上にそれぞれ巻き付けられ、複数のコイル端子を有する複数のステータコイルと、
前記ステータコアに固定され、互いに電気的に絶縁された3つの導電性部材を備える配線フレームであって、前記導電性部材は、対応するコイル端子へ電気的に接続されて三相巻線を形成する、配線フレームと、
を備える、ステータであって、
複数の前記コイル端子のうち前記3つの導電性部材のそれぞれに接続された任意の3つのコイル端子は、三相電源に接続される前記三相巻線の接続端部の役割を果たし、
前記三相電源は、3つのコイル端子を介して対応するステータコイルに供給され、3つのコイル端子及び3つの導電性部材を介して順に残りのステータコイルに供給され、
さらに、ステータに接続される絶縁保持体を備え、前記絶縁保持体は、前記3つのコイル端子を保持するよう構成され、前記絶縁保持体の底部には、前記ステータ極の2つの側に位置する巻線スロット内へ前記ステータの軸方向に沿ってそれぞれ挿入される2つの支持部が設けられている、ステータ。 - 前記各導電性部材は、円弧形状の本体及び前記円弧形状の本体から一体的に延びる複数の導電性端子を備え、前記導電性部材は同じ水平高さで円周方向に互いに離間して配置されている、請求項1に記載のステータ。
- 前記3つのコイル端子は軸方向に延びかつ本質的に互いに平行である、請求項1に記載のステータ。
- 前記絶縁保持体は、3つの通路又は座部を有する本体を備え、前記3つのコイル端子は、前記通路又は座部を通過して前記絶縁保持体の外側まで延びて、三相電源へ電気的に接続される、請求項1に記載のステータ。
- 前記ステータ極はリング部分から半径方向かつ外向きに延び、前記配線フレームは絶縁担持体を備え、前記導電性部材は前記絶縁担持体によって互いに電気的に絶縁されている、請求項1に記載のステータ。
- 永久磁石型ロータと、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載のステータと、を備える三相ブラシレス電気モータ。
- 前記モータはブラシレス直流モータであり、前記ステータは、前記永久磁石型ロータの内側に取り付けられる、請求項6に記載のモータ。
