Description
検出したx線量子に応答してx線検出信号を生成するx線検出器と、
検出したガンマ量子に応答してガンマ検出信号を生成するガンマ検出器と

x線検出器及びガンマ検出器は、放射線受領方向に沿って積層構成で配置され、
ガンマ検出器は、
複数のピンホールを有するガンマコリメータプレートと、
検出したガンマ量子をガンマ検出信号へと変換するガンマ変換層と

パルスx線ラジエーションを放射するx線源と、
ガンマ量子及びx線量子の検出用の、ここに開示される複合撮像検出器と

・ x線撮像とガンマ撮像とで厳密に同じ関心領域上に撮像視野の中心がある。ガンマ画像がx線撮像フィールドよりも僅かに大きいこともあり得る。
・ この複合検出器の面積は標準的なx線検出器と同じであるため、医療専門家にとっての患者アクセスが不変である。
・ ハイブリッド3D断層撮像(例えば、SPECT−CBCT)を可能にするCアームの任意の角度での同時ビュー。

- ガンマ量子及びx線量子の検出用の複合撮像検出器であって、
検出したx線量子に応答してx線検出信号を生成するx線検出器と、
検出したガンマ量子に応答してガンマ検出信号を生成するガンマ検出器と
を有し、
前記x線検出器及び前記ガンマ検出器は、放射線受領方向に沿って積層構成で配置され、
前記ガンマ検出器は、
複数のピンホールを有するガンマコリメータプレートと、
検出したガンマ量子をガンマ検出信号へと変換するガンマ変換層と
を有し、
前記x線検出器は、検出したx線量子をx線検出信号へと変換するx線変換層と、読み出し電子回路と、フォイル基板とを有し、前記読み出し電子回路が前記x線変換層に対して横に配置されるように、前記x線変換層及び前記読み出し電子回路が前記フォイル基板上に配置されている、
複合撮像検出器。 - 前記ガンマ検出器は、当該複合撮像検出器にx線量子が入射しないときにガンマ検出信号を生成するように制御される、請求項1に記載の複合撮像検出器。
- 前記ガンマコリメータプレートの前記ピンホールの数が、前記ガンマ変換層のガンマ検出器素子の数以下であり、1つのピンホールと1つ以上の対応するガンマ検出器素子とが、前記放射線受領方向に沿って積層構成で配置され、該ピンホールは、該1つ以上の対応するガンマ検出器素子に対して中心にある、
請求項1に記載の複合撮像検出器。 - 前記ガンマコリメータプレートは、前記複数のピンホールが形成された鉛又はタングステンのプレートからなる、
請求項1に記載の複合撮像検出器。 - 前記ガンマコリメータプレートは、前記ピンホールを含んだ複数のピンホールインサートが一体化された吸収板からなる、
請求項1に記載の複合撮像検出器。 - 前記ピンホールは、ナイフエッジ状ピンホール又はテーパー状ピンホールである、
請求項1に記載の複合撮像検出器。 - 前記x線検出器は更にx線散乱線除去グリッドを有する、
請求項1に記載の複合撮像検出器。 - ピンホールに隣接する前記x線変換層の材料が、除去されている、又は、ピンホールに隣接しない他の領域においてよりも薄い、
請求項1に記載の複合撮像検出器。 - 前記複数のピンホールは各々、円形、正方形、又は六角形の形状を持つ投影領域を有する、
請求項1に記載の複合撮像検出器。 - 隣接するピンホールの投影領域が重なり合う、又は隣接するピンホールの投影領域が隔壁によって分離される、
請求項1に記載の複合撮像検出器。 - 前記ガンマ変換層は、直接ガンマ変換層又は間接ガンマ変換層を含む、
請求項1に記載の複合撮像検出器。 - パルスx線ラジエーションを放射するx線源と、
ガンマ量子及びx線量子の検出用の複合撮像検出器であり、
検出したx線量子に応答してx線検出信号を生成するx線検出器と、
検出したガンマ量子に応答してガンマ検出信号を生成するガンマ検出器と、
を有する複合撮像検出器と
を有し、
前記x線検出器及び前記ガンマ検出器は、放射線受領方向に沿って積層構成で配置され、
前記ガンマ検出器は、
複数のピンホールを有するガンマコリメータプレートと、
検出したガンマ量子をガンマ検出信号へと変換するガンマ変換層と
を有する、
撮像システム。 - x線パルス間のインターバル中にガンマ量子を検出するよう前記複合撮像検出器を制御するように構成された制御ユニット、
を更に有する請求項12に記載の撮像システム。 - 請求項1に記載の複合撮像検出器とともに使用される撮像方法であって、
前記複合撮像検出器を第1の位置にして、前記ガンマ検出器でガンマ検出信号を生成するステップと、
前記放射線受領方向に対して垂直に、第2の位置まで、前記複合撮像検出器を並進させるステップと、
前記複合撮像検出器を前記第2の位置にして、前記ガンマ検出器でガンマ検出信号を生成するステップと、
前記複合撮像検出器を前記第1の位置にして生成された前記ガンマ検出信号と、前記複合撮像検出器を前記第2の位置にして生成された前記ガンマ検出信号とに基づいて、ガンマ画像を再構成するステップと、
を有する撮像方法。 - 前記ガンマコリメータプレートの前記ピンホールは、第1方向に第1のピッチを有し、
前記第1方向は前記並進の方向に対して平行であり、且つ
前記並進は、前記第1のピッチ以下の大きさを有する、
請求項14に記載の撮像方法。
