Claims (2)
- それぞれ互いに間隔をおいて配置される複数の冷媒管と、複数の冷媒管の両端部がそれぞれ接続される一対のヘッダと、を有する熱交換ユニットを複数備え、複数の熱交換ユニットを冷媒と熱交換する空気の流通方向に配置し、複数の熱交換ユニットのそれぞれに対して順に冷媒を流通させる熱交換器において、
複数の熱交換ユニットにおける空気の流通方向に並ぶ複数のヘッダは、一対のヘッダ部材を互いに対向させることによって一体に形成され、
一対のヘッダ部材には、隣り合うヘッダとヘッダとの間においてそれぞれの内面同士が互いに当接し、隣り合うヘッダとヘッダとを連結する部分である連結部が設けられ、
連結部には、隣り合うヘッダとヘッダとを連通する連通路が設けられ、
連通路は、一対のヘッダ部材の連結部の所定部分をそれぞれの外側に張り出させた張出部を互いに対向させることで形成され、一対のヘッダ部材に形成されたそれぞれの張出部は、互いに張り出し高さが異なる
熱交換器。 - 連通路は、連結部に互いに間隔をおいて設けられた複数の排水孔の間に形成されている
