Claims (16)
- 各々がシェルのような形態で形成され、接合接続(20)によって、好ましくは溶接接続(10)によって又は接着接続によって、互いに接続された、第1及び第2の管状体部品(2a,2b)を含み、
管状体(1)がベローズ(4)として形成された共通のベローズセクション(3)を有し、
前記接合接続(20)は、前記ベローズセクション(3)の範囲外において、分割面(E)に配置されており、且つ、前記ベローズセクション(3)において、前記分割面(E)の範囲外に部分的に配置されており、
前記ベローズ(4)は、前記ベローズ(4)の長手延長方向(L)に沿って交互する折り畳みチップ(4a)及び折り畳みベース(4b)を有する、
特に内燃機関のフレッシュエアシステムのための管状体(1)であって、
前記折り畳みチップ(4a)及び前記折り畳みベース(4b)が、前記管状体(1)の前記ベローズセクション(3)に形成され、前記長手延長方向(L)に対して垂直に延びる、前記ベローズの周方向に沿って周方向に完全に閉じられるように、
前記第1の管状体部品(2a)の前記折り畳みチップ(4a)は、前記第2の管状体部品(2b)の前記折り畳みチップ(4a)と同一平面上にあり、
前記第1の管状体部品(2a)の前記折り畳みベース(4b)は、前記第2の管状体部品(2b)の前記折り畳みベース(4b)と同一平面上にある、
ことを特徴とする管状体(1)。 - 前記接合接続(20)は、前記ベローズセクション(3)の領域において、前記分割面(E)と数回交差する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の管状体。
- 前記ベローズセクション(3)の領域において、前記接合接続(20)は、前記分割面(E)に対して垂直に延びる組立方向(R)に、振動するように波状に形成されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の管状体。
- 前記ベローズ(4)は、組立方向(R)に直交して延び且つこれに沿って前記ベローズが可変ベローズ長さ(l)を有する、前記長手延長方向(L)に沿って延びており、前記接合接続(20)は、前記長手延長方向(L)に沿って延びているとともに、前記ベローズ(4)の領域において、前記分割面(E)の範囲外における極限点(12)を含む、ジグザグ状又は正弦波状の経路を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1つに記載の管状体。
- 前記接合接続(20)は、前記組立方向(R)に対して垂直且つ前記長手延長方向(L)に対して垂直で前記ベローズセクション(3)に面する、観察方向(B)において、ジグザグ状又は正弦波状の経路を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の管状体。
- 前記長手延長方向(L)に沿って隣り合う2つの極限点(12)は、2つの隣り合う前記折り畳みチップ(4a)に配置されている、ことを特徴とする請求項4又は5に記載の管状体。
- 前記接合接続(20)は、少なくとも1つの極限点(12)の領域において、好ましくはいくつかの極限点(12)の領域において、中断されている、ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の管状体。
- 少なくとも1つの折り畳みベース(4b)にノッチ(7)が形成されている、ことを特徴とする請求項6又は7に記載の管状体。
- 各折り畳みベース(4b)には長手延長方向(L)に沿ってノッチ(7)が設けられている、又は、n番目の折り畳みベース(4b)毎にのみ長手延長方向(L)に沿ってノッチ(7)が設けられており、そしてnは2以上の正の整数である、ことを特徴とする請求項6乃至8のいずれか1つに記載の管状体。
- 前記少なくとも1つのノッチ(7)は、前記接合接続(20)の転換点(13)に、正弦波状の経路で配置されている、ことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の管状体。
- 溶接接続(10)として形成された前記接合接続(20)が、溶接シーム(11)によって形成されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至10のいずれか1つに記載の管状体。
- 前記溶接シーム(11)は、前記ベローズセクション(3)の領域において、均質になるように形成され、均一なシーム深さ及び/又はシーム幅で構成されている、ことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の管状体。
- 前記溶接シーム(11)は、前記ベローズセクション(3)の領域において、不均質になるように形成され、少なくともいくつかのセクションにおいて前記長手延長方向(L)に沿って変わる、シーム深さ及び/又はシーム幅で構成されている、ことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の管状体。
- 前記ベローズセクション(3)の範囲外において、2つの管状体部品(2a,2b)は、ハーフシェル(5a,5b)として形成されており、そのシェルエッジ(6a,6b)は、前記分割面(E)に配置されているとともに、前記接合接続(20)を形成している、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至13のいずれか1つに記載の管状体。
- 前記管状体(1)の材料は、プラスチック、若しくは、圧密及び/又はプレスされた不織布である、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至14のいずれか1つに記載の管状体。
- 前記内燃機関内にフレッシュエアを導入するためのフレッシュエア供給部を備え、前記フレッシュエア供給部には、未処理側における未処理エア供給部及び清浄側における清浄エア排出部を有し、前記フレッシュエアを清浄するためのフィルタエレメントを含む、フィルタ装置が配置されており、前記未処理エア供給部及び/又は前記清浄エア排出部は、少なくとも1つの請求項1乃至15のいずれか1つに記載の管状体(1)を含む、内燃機関のためのフレッシュエアシステム。
