Description
Claims (10)
- 電気回路上に位置し、一つ以上のシャント抵抗を含み、制御信号に基づいて前記電気回路の導通状態を制御するコンタクタ部、
前記コンタクタ部に流れる電流を遮断する遮断部、および
前記コンタクタ部に流れる電流を測定する電流測定部を含み、
前記コンタクタ部、前記遮断部および前記電流測定部は一つのハウジング内に含まれ、
前記電流測定部は、前記シャント抵抗を用いて前記コンタクタ部に流れる電流を測定し、
前記遮断部は、前記シャント抵抗を切断する、統合型スイッチング装置。 - 前記コンタクタ部は、
前記電気回路と連結される正極コンタクタ部および負極コンタクタ部、および
前記制御信号に基づいて前記正極コンタクタ部および前記負極コンタクタ部を電気的に連結および短絡する連結部を含み、
前記シャント抵抗は、前記正極コンタクタ部、前記負極コンタクタ部および前記連結部のうちいずれか一つ以上に含まれる、請求項1に記載の統合型スイッチング装置。 - 前記遮断部は、
前記正極コンタクタ部、前記負極コンタクタ部および前記連結部のうちいずれか一つ以上に隣接して位置し、前記制御信号が受信されたのに前記電気回路上の導通状態が制御されない場合、前記正極コンタクタ部、前記負極コンタクタ部および前記連結部のうちいずれか一つ以上に設けられた前記シャント抵抗を爆発切断して前記コンタクタ部に流れる電流を遮断する、請求項2に記載の統合型スイッチング装置。 - 前記遮断部は、
測定された前記電流の大きさが予め設定された電流の大きさを超過する場合、前記制御信号の受信有無に関係なく、前記正極コンタクタ部、前記負極コンタクタ部および前記連結部のうちいずれか一つ以上に設けられた前記シャント抵抗を爆発切断して前記コンタクタ部に流れる電流を遮断する、請求項2または3に記載の統合型スイッチング装置。 - 前記遮断部は、
発熱体を含み、前記発熱体から発生する熱を前記コンタクタ部に印加して前記正極コンタクタ部、前記負極コンタクタ部および前記連結部のうちいずれか一つ以上に含まれた前記シャント抵抗を溶かすことによって、前記正極コンタクタ部、前記負極コンタクタ部および前記連結部のうちいずれか一つ以上を切断する、請求項2から4のいずれか一項に記載の統合型スイッチング装置。 - 前記電流測定部は、
一つ以上の前記シャント抵抗に流れる電流の大きさと予め設定された電流の大きさを比較する一つ以上の比較器を含み、前記一つ以上の比較器を介して出力される比較結果を前記遮断部に含まれる動作部に提供し、
前記動作部は、
前記提供された比較結果に基づいて前記遮断部の動作を制御する、請求項5に記載の統合型スイッチング装置。 - 前記電流測定部は、
CAN(Controller Area Network)通信を用いて測定された前記電流を外部に送信する、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の統合型スイッチング装置。 - 前記遮断部は、
一つ以上の電力遮断装置(Power Disconnect Device;PDD)を含む、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の統合型スイッチング装置。 - 一つの前記ハウジング内には、前記コンタクタ部、前記遮断部および前記電流測定部の組み合わせが一つだけ設けられている
請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の統合型スイッチング装置。 - 請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の統合型スイッチング装置を含む、バッテリーモニタリングおよび保護システム。
