Claims (8)
- ガラス組成として、質量%で、SnO 2 0.1〜3.0%を含有し、且つ、直径の寸法公差が0.5%以内であり、表面にイオン交換による圧縮応力層を有することを特徴とするガラス転動体。
- 表面が研磨面であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガラス転動体。
- 表面が化学エッチング面であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガラス転動体。
- 表面の表面粗さRaが3nm以下であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れかに記載のガラス転動体。
- 圧縮応力層の圧縮応力値CSが300MPa以上、且つ応力深さDOLが30μm以上であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れかに記載のガラス転動体。
- ガラス組成として、質量%で、SiO2 45〜75%、Al2O3 10〜30%、Na2O 5〜25%を含有することを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れかに記載のガラス転動体。
- 液相粘度が104.0dPa・s以上であることを特徴とする請求項1〜6の何れかに記載のガラス転動体。
- ガラス組成として、質量%で、P 2 O 5 0.1〜10%を含有することを特徴とする 請求項1〜7の何れかに記載のガラス転動体。
