Claims (3)
- エヤの噴出又は吸引を行う高圧エヤ発生装置であって、
ブロワと、
電動モータと、
電動モータからブロワに伝動される動力を断続するクラッチと、
電動モータの駆動及びクラッチの断続を制御する制御部と、
上記噴出又は吸引の操作を検出する操作検出手段と、
該操作の前に先立って必然的に行われる前準備を検出する前準備検出手段とを備え、
前記前準備検出手段は、エヤを噴出又は吸引する通気具の格納の有無を検出する格納状態検出手段であり、
前記制御部は、上記ブロワを駆動させる場合、上記駆動モータが駆動されていることを条件として、前記クラッチを接続作動させるように構成され、
さらに、上記駆動モータが駆動停止し且つ上記クラッチが切断されている状態で、前記ブロワを駆動させる場合、前記クラッチを切断させた状態で上記電動モータを駆動させ、その後に該クラッチを接続作動させるにあたり、
前記制御部を、上記前準備検出手段によって前準備が検出された場合には前記電動モータを駆動させ、上記操作検出手段によって上記噴出又は吸引の操作が検出された場合にはクラッチを接続作動させるように構成した
ことを特徴とする高圧エヤ発生装置。 - 前記ブロワはルーツブロワである
請求項1に記載の高圧エヤ発生装置。 - 前記電動モータを冷却する冷却ファンと、
前記冷却ファン側へのエヤの流路と、
前記冷却ファンから送風され且つ電動モータを冷却した後の高温のエヤを上記ブロワ側に流動させる流路とを備えた
請求項1又は2の何れかに記載の高圧エヤ発生装置。
