Claims (6)
- 船舶用エンジンの海洋適応用交換器配設において、直列形シリンダまたはV字形シリンダを伴い冷却流体FRにより冷却されるエンジンブロック(10、110)、燃焼ガス出口(18、118)に連結された高温チャンバ(16−1、116−1)及びエンジンブロックのシリンダに連結された低温チャンバ(16−2、116−2)を伴う少なくとも1つのターボチャージャ(16、116)、ケーシングを含みオイルを格納するインバータ(14、114)を含む船舶用エンジンの海洋適応用交換器配設であって、
− 冷却水ERの取入れホース(22、122)と、
− ターボチャージャ交換器(20−1、120−1)と、
− エンジン交換器(20−2、120−2)と、
− インバータ交換器(20−3、120−3)と、
− 少なくとも1つのターボチャージャ(16、116)の各々の高温チャンバ(16−1、116G/D−1)の下流側で、燃焼ガス(18、118)の出口に向かってこの冷却水ERを排出するホース(22−3、122−3)と、
を含み、これら3つの交換器がこの順序で配置され、冷却水の取入れホースERとこの同じ冷却水排出ホースとの間で水の循環方向に沿って間置されていること、及び
インバータの出口(14−2、114−2)が、第1の油圧可撓管によってオイル交換器の入口(20−31、120−31)に連結されており、オイル交換器の出口(20−32、120−32)が第2の油圧可撓管によってインバータの入口(14−1、114−1)に連結されていること、
を特徴とする船舶用エンジンの海洋適応用交換器配設。 - 直列形シリンダを伴うエンジンの場合;ターボチャージャ交換器(20−1)、エンジン交換器(20−2)及びインバータ交換器を含む交換器列(20)がエンジンブロック(10)の同じ側に配設されていること、を特徴とする請求項1に記載の船舶用エンジンの海洋適応用交換器配設。
- 交換器列(20)が垂直平面内で螺旋に沿って配設されていること、を特徴とする請求項2に記載の船舶用エンジンの海洋適応用交換器配設。
- V字形シリンダを伴うエンジンの場合、交換器列(120)が、エンジンブロックの直上に配置されているターボチャージャ交換器(120−1)、エンジンブロック(110)の頭部に配置されているエンジン交換器(120−2)及びインバータ交換器(120−3)をこの順序で含むこと、を特徴とする請求項1に記載の船舶用エンジンの海洋適応用交換器配設。
- 交換器列(120)が水平平面内で螺旋に沿って配設されていること、を特徴とする請求項4に記載の船舶用エンジンの海洋適応用交換器配設。
- 冷却水ERの取入れホース(22、122)及び燃焼ガス出口(18、118)に向かうこの冷却水ERの排出ホース(22−3、122−3)に加えて、ターボチャージャ交換器(20−1、120−1)とエンジン交換器(20−2、120−2)の間のホース(22−1、122−1)、及びこのエンジン交換器(20−2、120−2)とインバータ交換器(20−3、120−3)の間のホース(22−2、122−2)を含むこと、を特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項に記載の船舶用エンジンの海洋適応用交換器配設。
