Claims (3)
- 極板を収容するケースの開口を覆う蓋板と、前記蓋板の外側に露呈する外部端子と、前記蓋板の内側に配置される導電板部とを重ねて一体化することで蓋アセンブリを形成し、
振動治具と受け治具との間に、前記蓋アセンブリを配置するとともに、前記導電板部と前記振動治具との間に前記極板のタブを配置し、
前記蓋板と前記導電板部との間に、凹部を有する第一絶縁部材が配置され、
前記凹部の内側に前記導電板部が配置されて、前記蓋アセンブリが形成され、
前記タブ及び導電板部を超音波溶接し、
前記導電板部の、前記タブが溶接される面とは反対側の面から突出した導電軸部が、前記蓋板及び外部端子に形成された貫通孔に挿入され、前記導電軸部の先端が前記外部端子に固定されて前記蓋アセンブリが形成され、
前記外部端子にザグリが形成されており、
前記導電軸部の先端部は、かしめられて、前記ザグリ内に配置される
蓄電素子の製造方法。 - 前記蓋板と前記外部端子との間に第二絶縁部材が配置されて前記蓋アセンブリが形成される
請求項1に記載の蓄電素子の製造方法。 - 前記振動治具から前記受け治具に向かう方向において、前記外部端子と前記タブとがオーバーラップするよう、前記導電板部と前記振動治具との間に前記極板のタブを配置する
