Claims (8)
- リング状の被加工物(21)を回転させるための主軸(12)と、
前記被加工物(21)を保持するための保持装置(18)であって、該保持装置(18)に前記被加工物(21)を緊締するために、磁気シュー(46)として形成された保持シューを有する保持装置(18)と、
前記主軸(12)に対する前記保持装置(18)の軸線方向の間隔を変えるために、前記主軸(12)と前記保持装置(18)とに連結された液圧式の磁心ストローク装置(28)と、
を備え、
前記保持装置(18)が、前記リング状の前記被加工物(21)を半径方向内側からセンタリングされた状態で取り付けるための交換可能なアダプタ(20)を有している、磁気シュー式の円筒研削盤に用いられる被加工物用主軸。 - 前記保持装置(18)が、前記被加工物(21)の半径方向外側でのかつ前記主軸(12)と反対の側に向けられた第1の端面での自由な接近を可能にさせるように構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の被加工物用主軸。
- 前記保持装置(18)が、前記被加工物(21)の、前記主軸(12)に向けられた、特に引っ込められて位置決めされる第2の端面に軸線方向で当接するための、周方向で互いにずらされた複数の軸線方向ストッパ(36)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載の被加工物用主軸。
- 前記保持装置(18)が、前記被加工物(21)を磁気的に位置保持するための電磁装置(22)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の被加工物用主軸。
- 前記アダプタ(20)が、一種類よりも多くの種類で成形された被加工物(21)を取り付けるように構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の被加工物用主軸。
- 前記主軸(12)を位置保持するためのロック装置が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の被加工物用主軸。
- リング状の被加工物(21)を円筒研削および平面研削するための磁気シュー式の円筒研削盤であって、研削中に前記被加工物(21)を保持するための、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の被加工物用主軸(10)を備えており、前記被加工物(21)の半径方向外側の周面を円筒研削するための第1の研削砥石と、前記被加工物(21)の第1の端面を平面研削するための第2の研削砥石とが設けられているか、または、前記被加工物(21)の半径方向外側の周面を円筒研削するだけでなく、前記被加工物(21)の第1の端面を平面研削もするための1つの研削砥石が設けられている、磁気シュー式の円筒研削盤。
- 個別化された複数の被加工物(21)を保持装置(18)に供給するための供給アーム(38)が設けられており、該供給アーム(38)が、前記被加工物(21)を変位させるための運動可能なローディング用マンドレル(44)を有しており、該ローディング用マンドレル(44)が、軸線方向で主軸(12)および/または前記保持装置(18)の前方に位置決め可能であることを特徴とする、請求項7記載の磁気シュー式の円筒研削盤。
