Description
Claims (12)
- 内燃機関の燃焼室に対して、ピストンの摺動方向と交差する方向に燃料を噴射可能に設置される燃料噴射装置を制御する燃料噴射制御装置であって、
前記燃料噴射装置に供給する燃料の圧力値を取得する取得部と、
前記燃料噴射装置に、圧縮行程に2回以上、燃料を噴射させる制御を行う噴射制御部と、を備え、
前記噴射制御部は、前記取得部により取得された燃料の圧力値が目標圧力より低い場合に、前記圧縮行程における少なくともいずれか1回の燃料の噴射のタイミングを、前記燃料の圧力値が目標圧力より高い場合における対応する回の燃料の噴射のタイミングよりも早くなるように制御し、
前記噴射制御部は、
前記取得部により取得された燃料の圧力値が目標圧力より低い場合に、前記圧縮行程における全ての回の燃料の噴射のタイミングを、前記燃料の圧力値が目標圧力より高い場合における対応する回の燃料の噴射のタイミングよりも早くなるように制御し、
前記圧縮行程における最終回の燃料の噴射のタイミングの変更量が、それよりも前の回の燃料の噴射のタイミングの変更量よりも小さくなるように制御する
燃料噴射制御装置。 - 前記噴射制御部は、
前記圧縮行程における最終回の燃料の噴射における噴射量の前記最終回よりも前の回の燃料の噴射における噴射量に対する比が、前記燃料の圧力値が目標圧力より低い場合よりも、前記燃料の圧力値が目標圧力より高い場合の方が小さくなるように制御する
請求項1に記載の燃料噴射制御装置。 - 前記内燃機関の排気下流側には、排気を浄化するための触媒が配置されており、
前記触媒の暖機を行う所定の条件を満たしている場合に、前記燃焼室内の燃料を点火するための点火プラグによる点火タイミングを前記圧縮行程の上死点よりも遅角させたタイミングに制御する点火制御部をさらに備える
請求項1又は請求項2に記載の燃料噴射制御装置。 - 前記点火制御部は、前記触媒の暖機を行う所定の条件が満たされなくなった場合に、前記点火プラグの点火タイミングを前記圧縮行程の上死点以前のタイミングに制御する
請求項3に記載の燃料噴射制御装置。 - 内燃機関の燃焼室に対して、ピストンの摺動方向と交差する方向に燃料を噴射可能に設置される燃料噴射装置を制御する燃料噴射制御装置であって、
前記燃料噴射装置に供給する燃料の圧力値を取得する取得部と、
前記燃料噴射装置に、圧縮行程に2回以上、燃料を噴射させる制御を行う噴射制御部と、を備え、
前記噴射制御部は、前記取得部により取得された燃料の圧力値が目標圧力より低い場合に、前記圧縮行程における少なくともいずれか1回の燃料の噴射のタイミングを、前記燃料の圧力値が目標圧力より高い場合における対応する回の燃料の噴射のタイミングよりも早くなるように制御し、
前記ピストンは、前記燃焼室側にキャビティが形成され、
前記燃料噴射装置は、前記燃焼室内の燃料を点火するための点火プラグ側を向いた第1燃料噴射孔と、前記キャビティ側を向いた第2燃料噴射孔とが形成されており、
前記噴射制御部は、前記第2燃料噴射孔から噴射される燃料の噴霧の重心の延長軸が前記キャビティと交差しているタイミングを、前記燃料の圧力値が目標圧力より高い場合の前記点火プラグの点火タイミングの直前の回の燃料の噴射のタイミングとする
燃料噴射制御装置。 - 前記燃料噴射装置は、前記燃焼室の吸気ポート側に配置されており、
前記ピストンの前記キャビティは、前記ピストンの前記燃焼室側の面における、前記吸気ポートに近い側から、前記点火プラグの正負の電極間の発火位置の前記ピストンの摺動方向に対応する位置を含む範囲に形成されている
請求項5に記載の燃料噴射制御装置。 - 前記燃焼室には、空気を供給するための吸気ポートが接続され、
前記吸気ポートには、内部を前記燃焼室の周縁部側へ空気を流す第1流路と、前記燃焼室の中心部へ空気を流す第2流路とに分断する隔壁と、前記第1流路への空気の流れを遮断するバルブとが配置されており、
前記圧縮行程に2回以上、燃料を噴射させる制御を行う場合に、前記バルブを閉じる吸気制御部をさらに備える
請求項1から請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の燃料噴射制御装置。 - 前記燃焼室内の燃料を点火するための点火プラグによる点火タイミングにおける前記点火プラグの周りの空気と前記燃料との混合気が、前記燃焼室内の平均当量比よりも大きい請求項1から請求項7のいずれか一項に記載の燃料噴射制御装置。
- 前記内燃機関の排気下流側には、排気を浄化するための触媒が配置されており、
前記噴射制御部は、前記触媒の暖機を行う所定の条件を満たしている場合に、前記圧縮行程に2回以上、燃料を噴射させる制御を行い、前記触媒の暖機を行う所定の条件を満たしていない場合に、前記圧縮行程における燃料の噴射を行わないように制御を行う
請求項1から請求項8のいずれか一項に記載の燃料噴射制御装置。 - 前記燃料噴射装置は、弁体と、前記弁体が着座する座面を有する弁座部と、前記弁体を駆動させる可動子と、駆動電流が流れることで前記可動子を駆動するコイルと、を備えており、
前記噴射制御部は、前記圧縮行程における少なくともいずれか1回の燃料の噴射において、前記弁体の移動量を、最大の移動量よりも少ない移動量に制御する
請求項1から請求項9のいずれか一項に記載の燃料噴射制御装置。 - 前記内燃機関の排気下流側には、排気を浄化するための触媒が配置されており、
前記噴射制御部は、吸気行程において、少なくとも一回の燃料噴射を行うように制御し、前記触媒の暖機を行う所定の条件を満たしていない場合に、前記触媒の暖機を行う所定の条件を満たしている場合に比して、前記吸気行程の噴射タイミングが早くなるように制御する
請求項1から請求項10のいずれか一項に記載の燃料噴射制御装置。 - 前記内燃機関の排気下流側には、排気を浄化するための触媒と、排気による動力により前記内燃機関の吸気する空気量を増加する過給機とが配置されており、
前記触媒の暖機を行う所定の条件を満たしている場合に、前記内燃機関の吸気圧が大気圧よりも高くなるように、前記過給機を動作させる過給制御部をさらに備える
請求項1から請求項11のいずれか一項に記載の燃料噴射制御装置。
