Description
a) 歯科用セラミック体またはその前駆体を密閉可能な容器に配置すること;
b) 容器内にビスマス含有雰囲気を生成させること、及び
c) 1000℃を超える温度で、前記歯科用セラミックまたは前駆体の少なくとも一部の外表面にビスマス含有雰囲気に暴露すること、
のステップによって特徴付けられる。
α) 歯科用セラミック体の前駆体を焼結坩堝に配置すること;
β) ビスマス含有雰囲気を焼結坩堝内で生成すること、及び
γ) 前駆体を歯科用セラミック体に焼結させることで、少なくとも前駆体の外面の一部をビスマス含有雰囲気に曝す。
実質的に少なくともビスマスを含まないコア領域と、
コア領域を囲み、かつビスマスを含む表面領域、
ビスマスが含有されている表面領域が表面から深さ500μm以下にまで達していることを特徴とする。
A) ジルコニアおよび/またはアルミナのそれぞれと別に0.7mol%より少ない量の ビスマス酸化物を含むセラミック前駆体粉末を用意すること
B) セラミック前駆体粉末を圧縮成形して素地を形成すること
C) B)で得られた素地を多孔質の褐色体に脱バインディングすること、及び
D) C)で得られた多孔質褐色体を用いて焼結することによって蛍光性の緻密セラ ミック体を得ること
を含む方法に関する。
E) 歯科用セラミック体を歯科用物品、特に歯科用インプラントまたは歯科用インプラントアバットメントに摩砕すること。
3.0mol%のイットリア(Tosoh TZ-3YSB-E)を含有する部分安定化ジルコニア粉末1.1gを、22mmの直径を有する円盤状の素地に65kN(171MPaの圧力)で加圧した。
Claims (14)
- ジルコニア及び/又はアルミナをベースとする蛍光性歯科用セラミック体を提供する方法であって、以下のステップ:
A)ジルコニア及び/又はアルミナそれぞれとは別に、0.7mol%未満の量の酸化ビスマスを含むセラミック前駆体粉末を用意すること、ここで、ビスマスドープジルコニア及び/又はアルミナが使用され、それによって前記セラミック前駆体粉末は、少なくとも酸化ビスマスを含み、
B)前記セラミック前駆体粉末を圧縮成形して素地を形成すること、
C)B)で得られた前記素地を脱バインディングし、多孔質の褐色体を得ること、及び
D)C)で得られた前記多孔質の褐色体を焼結し、蛍光性の緻密セラミック体を得ること、
を含み、前記セラミック前駆体粉末に含まれる前記酸化ビスマスの量が、0.06mol%より多い、方法。 - 前記セラミック体が、イットリア安定化ジルコニアである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記セラミック前駆体粉末に含まれる前記酸化ビスマスの量が、0.08mol%より多い、請求項1及び2の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記セラミック前駆体粉末に含まれる前記酸化ビスマスの量が、0.1mol%より多い、請求項1及び2の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- ステップC)が、脱バインディング後に前記素地を予備焼結するサブステップをさらに含む、請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- D)の焼結が、ビスマス含有雰囲気の存在下で実施される、請求項1〜5の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 以下のステップ:
E)前記歯科用セラミック体を歯科用物品へ摩砕すること、
をさらに含む、請求項1〜6の何れか1項に記載の方法。 - 以下のステップ:
E)前記歯科用セラミック体を歯科用インプラント又は歯科用インプラントアバットメントへ摩砕すること、
をさらに含む、請求項1〜6の何れか1項に記載の方法。 - 請求項1〜8の何れか1項に記載の方法によって得られる歯科用セラミック体であって、組成物全体に基づいて0.06mol%より多い量のビスマスを含有する、歯科用セラミック体。
- 組成物全体に基づいて0.08mol%より多い量のビスマスを含む、請求項9に記載の歯科用セラミック体。
- 組成物全体に基づいて0.1mol%より多い量のビスマスを含む、請求項10に記載の歯科用セラミック体。
- 請求項8〜11の何れか1項に記載の歯科用セラミック体が、歯科用物品である、請求項8〜11の何れか1項に記載のセラミック体。
- 請求項8〜11の何れか1項に記載の歯科用セラミック体が、歯科修復に使用するための補綴要素である、請求項8〜11の何れか1項に記載のセラミック体。
- 請求項8〜11の何れか1項に記載の歯科用セラミック体が、クラウン、ブリッジ、インプラント、アバットメント、アンレー及び/又はインレーである、請求項8〜11の何れか1項に記載のセラミック体。
