実施形態1
残油からグリーンコークスを製造するための方法であって、
供給混合物を製造するために残油および溶剤混合物を攪拌槽に導入することであって、前記溶剤混合物は、炭素数が3〜8の少なくとも1つのパラフィン系溶剤および少なくとも1つの芳香族溶剤を含み、前記溶剤混合物は、0.1〜10体積%の芳香族溶剤および90〜99.9体積%のパラフィン系溶剤を含む、導入することと、
脱アスファルト油(DAO)留分およびアスファルト留分を製造するために前記供給混合物を溶剤脱れき装置へと送ることと、
前記グリーンコークスおよびディレードコーカー廃棄物を製造するために前記DAO留分をディレードコーカーへと送ること
を含む、方法。
実施形態2
残油からグリーンコークスを製造するための方法であって、
供給混合物を製造するために残油および溶剤混合物を攪拌槽に導入することであって、前記溶剤混合物は、炭素数が3〜8の少なくとも1つのパラフィン系溶剤および少なくとも1つの芳香族溶剤を含む、導入することと、
脱アスファルト油(DAO)留分およびアスファルト留分を製造するために前記供給混合物を溶剤脱れき装置へと送ることと、

Claims (17)
- 残油からグリーンコークスを製造するための方法であって、
供給混合物を製造するために残油および炭素数が3〜8の少なくとも1つのパラフィン系溶剤および少なくとも1つの芳香族溶剤を含み、0.1〜10体積%の芳香族溶剤および90〜99.9体積%のパラフィン系溶剤を含む溶剤混合物を攪拌槽に導入することと、
脱アスファルト油(DAO)留分およびアスファルト留分を製造するために前記供給混合物を溶剤脱れき装置に送ることと、
前記グリーンコークスおよびディレードコーカー廃棄物を製造するために前記DAO留分をディレードコーカーに送ること

- 前記溶剤および軽質ナフサを前記攪拌槽に再循環させることをさらに含む、請求項3または4に記載の方法。
- 前記溶剤が100℃までの最終沸点を有する、請求項3〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記未変換のボトムオイルを、前記攪拌槽、および前記ディレードコーカーの1つまたは複数に再循環させることをさらに含む、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記未変換のボトムオイルを、前記攪拌槽、前記水素化処理装置、および前記ディレードコーカーの1つまたは複数に再循環させることをさらに含む、請求項4に記載の方法。

- 前記芳香族溶剤が単環芳香族化合物を含む、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記溶剤混合物が少なくとも1つのオレフィン系溶剤を含む、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記供給混合物中の溶剤混合物対残油の体積比が0.1:1〜10:1である、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 高品質コークスを製造するために、前記ディレードコーカーからの前記グリーンコークスをか焼することをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記溶剤脱れき装置が、前記溶剤混合物の超臨界の温度および圧力より低い温度および圧力において作動する、請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記芳香族溶剤が少なくとも8.5のヒルデブラント溶解度パラメーターを有する極性溶剤である、請求項1〜16のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
