Description
・超音波診断法
・マンモグラム(X線)および
・MRI(磁気共鳴撮像法)である。
・シェル内に1つまたは複数のバリア層を加え強化すること、
・溶媒の組成を変えることで、エラストマー系シェルを通り抜けて容易に拡散する可能性のある低分子シリコン成分の量を低下させ、それらをより高分子重量のシリコン成分と置き換えることである。
・乳房をより自然な感触にするために、周辺の乳房組織をより厳密に模倣するため、
・上記に記載したようなゲルの流出を抑制するため、
・豊胸が行われた乳房の形状を支えるための足場としての働きをすることによって、乳房との動的な力学的境界面を改善するため、
・万一破裂またはシェルが劣化した場合、体内にゲルが流れ込み分散するのを阻止するため、
・体内に挿入するまたは体内で使用する際のゲルの破損を阻止するため、
・通常の使用においてインプラントの形状をより最適に維持するため。これは、成形されたまたは解剖学的インプラントにおいてとりわけ重要である。
・しわがよるのを阻止するまたは抑制するため。インプラントは目に見える織り目およびしわ(とりわけ薄い組織の範囲を有する女性において)ができるという欠点がある。
・乳房をより自然な感触にするために周辺乳房組織をより厳密に模倣する、
・補強されたインプラントは、その結合力が高く形態が安定した性質のために望ましい滑らかな輪郭を呈する。
・しわがよるのを阻止するまたは抑制する。
・完全な状態のインプラントから溶媒が流出するのを抑える。
・インプラントの形態および形状を維持する。
・植え込みまたは使用中に破損するのを阻止する。
・豊胸が行われた乳房の形状を支えるための足場としての働きをすることによって、乳房との動的な力学的境界面を改善する。
・万一破裂またはシェルが劣化した場合、体内にベース材料が流れ込み分散するのを阻止し、そのような場合に人体に吸収され得る遊離溶媒を低下させる。
Claims (10)
- 溶媒または遊離ポリマー鎖である自由分子を含むポリマー網目から選択されるベース材料と、複数の添加物とを含む複合材料を有する、人体に植え込むのに適したプロテーゼインプラントであって、
a)前記添加物が、放射線透過性添加物および/または高エコー領域の添加物から選択され、
b)前記添加物が、前記複合材料の1Hzにおける弾性係数が前記ベース材料の弾性係数を上回るように選択され、前記複合材料の前記弾性係数が、前記ベース材料の弾性係数を少なくとも20%上回り、
c)前記添加物が、0.2nmから40nmのRRMSの表面粗さを有し、
d)前記添加物が、500ミクロンを超えないサイズであり、その間には少なくとも20%のサイズ差があり、かつ
e)前記ベース材料が、シリコンゲルを含み、
前記添加物が、前記複合材料の溶媒濃度が前記ベース材料の溶媒濃度の5%〜95%の間であるように選択され、
前記添加物が、ベース材料中の自由分子の濃度を5%〜95%低下させる、プロテーゼインプラント。 - 前記添加物が
a)ガラス、セラミック、金属、ポリマー、PMMA、ポリアクリロニトリル、ポリブタジエン、PEEK、天然ゴム、合成ゴム、非晶質ポリマーまたは半結晶性ポリマーのうちの少なくとも1つを含む添加物、
b)球形、線維状、小さな板状体、フレーク状、非晶質、結晶質、半球、棒、ディスク、またはこれらの形状の組み合わせ、またはこれらの形状の不規則な変形を含む三次元形状を有する添加物、
c)中空の添加物、
d)多孔質の添加物、
e)中実の添加物、
f)少なくとも2つの材料を含む添加物、
g)非シリコンゲルである添加物、
h)微小な管腔として形成された添加物、および
i)上記の組み合わせ、から成る群から選択される、請求項1に記載のインプラント。 - 少なくとも1つの内側シェルと、少なくとも1つの外側シェルとを含む複数のシェルを備え、前記少なくとも1つの内側シェルが前記外側シェルによって少なくとも部分的に囲まれており、前記外側シェルが、前記ベース材料と、複数の高エコー領域の添加物とによって満たされており、前記内側シェルが、前記ベース材料と、複数の放射線透過性添加物とによって満たされている、請求項1に記載のインプラント。
- 前記添加物の体積百分率は、
a)前記添加物が、前記複合材料の体積の60%までを占める、および
b)前記添加物が、前記複合材料の体積の90%までを占める、から成る群から選択される、請求項1に記載のインプラント。 - 少なくとも1つの内側シェルと、少なくとも1つの外側シェルとを含む複数のシェルを備え、前記少なくとも1つの内側シェルが、前記外側シェルによって少なくとも部分的に囲まれており、前記外側シェルが、前記ベース材料と、前記外側シェルにより近づく程濃度が高まる添加物とによって満たされており、前記内側シェルは、前記ベース材料と、前記内側シェルからの距離に対して濃度が高まる添加物とによって満たされている、請求項1に記載のインプラント。
- 前記添加物の体積百分率は、
a)前記添加物が、前記複合材料の体積の60%までを占める、および
b)前記添加物が、前記複合材料の体積の90%までを占める、から成る群から選択される、請求項1に記載のインプラント。 - 前記添加物が、前記複合材料の1Hzにおける弾性係数が前記ベース材料の弾性係数を上回るように選択され、前記添加物は、ガラス、セラミック、金属、ポリマー、PMMA、ポリアクリロニトリル、ポリブタジエン、PEEK、天然ゴム、合成ゴム、非晶質ポリマーまたは半結晶性ポリマーのうちの少なくとも1つを含み、前記弾性係数は、
a)前記弾性係数が、前記ベース材料の弾性係数を100%から1000%の間上回る、
b)前記弾性係数が、前記ベース材料の弾性係数を100%から500%の間上回る、および
c)前記弾性係数が、前記ベース材料の弾性係数を500%から5000%の間上回る、から成る群から選択される、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のプロテーゼインプラント。 - 前記添加物が、
a)球形、線維状、小さな板状体、フレーク状、非晶質、結晶質、半球、棒、ディスク、またはこれらの形状の組み合わせ、またはこれらの形状の不規則な変形を含む三次元形状を有する添加物、
b)中空の添加物、
c)多孔質の添加物、
d)中実の添加物、
e)少なくとも2つの材料を含む添加物、
f)非シリコンゲルである添加物、
g)微小な管腔として形成された添加物、および
h)上記の組み合わせ、から成る群からさらに選択される、請求項7に記載のインプラント。 - 少なくとも1つの内側シェルと、少なくとも1つの外側シェルとを含む複数のシェルを備え、前記少なくとも1つの内側シェルが、前記外側シェルによって少なくとも部分的に囲まれており、前記外側シェルが、前記ベース材料と、低濃度の添加物とによって満たされており、前記内側シェルが、前記ベース材料と、高濃度の添加物とによって満たされている、請求項7に記載のインプラント。
- 前記添加物の体積百分率は、
a)前記添加物が、前記複合材料の体積の60%までを占める、および
b)前記添加物が、前記複合材料の体積の90%までを占める、から成る群から選択される、請求項7に記載のインプラント。
