Abstract

一种人工乳房假体,涉及置入人体内的整形用生物相容性人工乳房假体,特别是水凝胶人工乳房假体。其由乳房状囊体和囊体内的充填材料构成,囊体由1至3层囊体层组成,特点是囊体内的充填材料是以聚乙烯醇为主料的高分子聚合物溶液经钴-60γ射线常温下空气中辐照制成的水凝胶。这种人工乳房假体具有十分柔软的性质,有良好的生物适应性和相容性、且形态美观、富有弹性、效果逼真。其制做工艺简单、成本低,是一种理想的乳房整形医疗用品。

Description

一种人工乳房假体
本实用新型涉及置入人体内的整形用生物相容性人工乳房假体,特别是水凝胶人工乳房假体。
目前医疗整形上常用的人工乳房假体有硅凝胶假体及盐水囊假体,硅凝胶假体的最大优点是手感和造型效果逼真,但硅凝胶乳房假体及其制造方法存在如下缺点:1、硅凝胶乳房假体的硅橡胶囊体和其内的充填物硅凝胶为结构相似的同一类材料,因此两者会产生相溶,即囊体逐渐同充填物的凝胶溶合,使硅凝胶向囊外缓慢渗透,囊壁在这种渗透作用下逐渐溶胀、疏松、增厚、拉伸强度下降,最终被溶解掉,所以假体寿命短。2、囊体一旦破裂硅凝胶会外泄粘附于人体组织表面,对组织有轻度刺激并在体内不能降解。3、硅凝胶乳房假体不能很好的被X-射线穿透,给用于疾病诊断的胸部透视带来困难。4、硅凝胶乳房假体制作过程中有废气排放,会对环境造成污染。5、硅凝胶乳房假体制作工艺复杂、成本高、造价较贵。盐水囊假体的主要缺点是手感较差;盐水囊中存在较高原子序数氯元素,对胸部的X光透视检查有影响;盐水极容易发生霉变,对机体构成潜在威胁;盐水囊也非常容易破裂,一旦破裂,乳房会迅速萎缩。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种使用寿命长、安全性能好、具有良好生物相容性的人工乳房假体,同时这种人工乳房假体具有形态美观、效果逼真、富有弹性、手感和柔软度与人体脂肪组织相近的特点,它能够克服上述硅凝胶假体和盐水囊假体的缺点、不会对术者造成任何危害,且制做工艺简单、对环境无污染、制作成本低。
本实用新型由乳房状囊体和囊体内的充填材料构成,其特点是囊体由1至3层囊体层组成,囊体内的充填材料是以聚乙烯醇为主料的高分子聚合物溶液经钴-60γ射线常温下空气中辐照制成的水凝胶。
上述制作水凝胶的高分子聚合物溶液中还包括有聚乙烯吡咯烷酮或聚丙烯酰胺。
本实用新型由于采用多层囊体层组成囊体的结构及由于其充填物采用以聚乙烯醇为主料的高分子聚合物溶液经钴-60γ射线辐照制作的水凝胶,使囊体和其内的充填材料为两种不同的材料,避免了上述同类材料可能造成的相溶所引起的人工乳房假体的破坏,因此使用寿命长、安全性能好。特别是囊体层之间充有生理盐水,更进一步提高了乳房假体的使用寿命和安全性能。该假体所用原料聚乙烯醇无毒可作为非直接入口的食品添加剂,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮在医用上可作为人造血浆代用品,因而这种水凝胶由碳、氢、氧、氮等低原子序数的元素构成,它与人体自然组织组成相近,对X-光的穿透力强,不妨碍乳腺和胸部的X-光检查,具有良好的生物相容性。该假体克服了上述硅凝胶假体和盐水囊假体的缺点,使用安全可靠,不会对术者造成任何危害,且假体形态美观、富有弹性、效果逼真、手感与柔软度与人体脂肪组织相近,是一种理想的乳房整形医疗用品。这种人工乳房假体制做工艺简单、成本低,制作过程不需任何添加剂,可以在常温下交联,避免了由引发剂、交联剂等添加剂引起的对环境的污染和对生物物质的破坏。

由图可见,这是一个囊体1由3层囊体层组成的乳房假体,在乳房状囊体1的内层囊中,充填着水凝胶2。在用钴-60γ射线辐照之前,囊体内充填高分子聚合物溶液的体积量占囊中所能容纳体积量的88-96%,经钴-60γ射线辐照后,囊内充填物的体积比辐照前有6%左右的收缩,即囊体中水凝胶的体积量是囊体1中所能容纳体积量的82-90%,该水凝胶2在囊体内以整体形态存在,乳房状囊体1由硅橡胶制成,囊体层之间充有生理盐水。

1、一种人工乳房假体,由乳房状囊体(1)和囊体内的充填材料(2)构成,其特征在于囊体(1)由1至3层囊体层组成,囊体(1)内的充填材料(2)是以聚乙烯醇为主料的高分子聚合物溶液经钴-60γ射线常温下空气中辐照制成的水凝胶。
2、根据权利要求1所述的人工乳房假体,其特征在于上述囊体内水凝胶的体积量是囊体中所能容纳体积量的82-90%。
3、根据权利要求1所述的人工乳房假体,其特征在于上述乳房状囊体(1)由硅橡胶制成。
4、根据权利要求1或2或3所述的人工乳房假体,其特征在于上述囊体(1)由3层囊体层组成。
5、根据权利要求4所述的人工乳房假体,其特征在于上述囊体(1)的各层之间充有生理盐水。
