Claims (9)
- 排ガスの排熱により蒸気を生成する蒸気ドラムを有する排熱回収ボイラと、
前記排熱回収ボイラにより生成された蒸気により駆動する蒸気タービンと、
前記蒸気タービンから排出された蒸気を海水により冷却して生成された給水を前記排熱回収ボイラに戻す復水器と、
を備える蒸気タービンプラントにおいて、
給水ラインにおける前記蒸気ドラムより上流側で給水にpH調整剤を添加するpH調整剤添加装置と、
前記蒸気ドラムにおけるドラム水の酸電気伝導率を計測する酸電気伝導率計と、
前記排熱回収ボイラにおけるドラム水のpH値が予め設定された所定値以上のアルカリ性となるように前記pH調整剤添加装置を制御すると共にドラム水のpH値が前記所定値以上に維持された状態で前記酸電気伝導率計が計測した酸電気伝導率に基づいてドラム水の塩素イオン濃度を算出して海水の漏洩検出を判定する制御装置と、
を備えることを特徴とする給水系統における海水の漏洩検出装置。 - 前記給水ラインにおけるpH調整剤の添加位置より下流側の給水またはドラム水のpH値を計測するpH計測装置が設けられ、前記制御装置は、前記pH計測装置の計測結果に基づいて前記pH調整剤添加装置を制御することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の給水系統における海水の漏洩検出装置。
- 前記pH計測装置は、前記蒸気ドラムにおけるドラム水のpH値を計測することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の給水系統における海水の漏洩検出装置。
- 前記排熱回収ボイラは、処理する給水の圧力の異なる1つ以上のユニットを有し、前記酸電気伝導率計は、少なくとも最も高圧の前記ユニットにおける前記蒸気ドラム内のドラム水の酸電気伝導率を計測することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の給水系統における海水の漏洩検出装置。
- 前記蒸気ドラム内のドラム水を排出する排水ラインが設けられ、前記制御装置は、ドラム水の塩素イオン濃度が予め設定された限界値を超えたときに、前記排水ラインを開放することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の給水系統における海水の漏洩検出装置。
- 前記pH調整剤添加装置が添加するpH調整剤は、アルカリ性の揮発性の物質であることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の給水系統における海水の漏洩検出装置。
- 前記pH調整剤添加装置が添加するpH調整剤は、アンモニア、ヒドラジン、モノエタノールアミン、モルホリンの少なくとも一つを含むアミン類であることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の給水系統における海水の漏洩検出装置。
- 復水器からボイラへの給水ラインの給水にpH調整剤を添加する工程と、
前記ボイラにおける蒸気ドラム内のドラム水のpH値が予め設定された所定値以上のアルカリ性となるようにpH調整剤の添加量を調整する工程と、
ドラム水の酸電気伝導率を計測する工程と、
ドラム水のpH値が前記所定値以上に維持された状態で計測された酸電気伝導率に基づいてドラム水の塩素イオン濃度を算出して海水の漏洩検出を判定する工程と、
を有することを特徴とする給水系統における海水の漏洩検出方法。 - 排ガスの排熱により蒸気を生成する蒸気ドラムを有する排熱回収ボイラと、
前記排熱回収ボイラにより生成された蒸気により駆動する蒸気タービンと、
前記蒸気タービンから排出された蒸気を海水により冷却して生成された給水を前記排熱回収ボイラに戻す復水器と、
請求項1から請求項7のいずれか一項に記載の給水系統における海水の漏洩検出装置と、
を備えることを特徴とする蒸気タービンプラント。
