Description
Claims (8)
- 0.1〜1.0mMの濃度のバルプロ酸(VPA)及びスフィンゴシン−1−リン酸(S1P)を有効成分として含む臍帯由来間葉幹細胞(UC−MSCs)の細胞移動性、コロニー形成能及び抗炎症活性促進用組成物。
- 前記S1Pは、10〜50nMの濃度で含まれることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の臍帯由来間葉幹細胞(UC−MSCs)の細胞移動性、コロニー形成能及び抗炎症活性促進用組成物。
- 分離された臍帯由来間葉幹細胞(UC−MSCs)を0.1〜1.0mMの濃度のバルプロ酸(VPA)及びスフィンゴシン−1−リン酸(S1P)で処理する段階を含む臍帯由来間葉幹細胞(UC−MSCs)の細胞移動性、コロニー形成能及び抗炎症活性促進方法。
- 前記S1Pは、10〜50nMの濃度で処理されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の臍帯由来間葉幹細胞(UC−MSCs)の細胞移動性、コロニー形成能及び抗炎症活性促進方法。
- 0.1〜1.0mMの濃度のバルプロ酸(VPA)及びスフィンゴシン−1−リン酸(S1P)で処理された臍帯由来間葉幹細胞(UC−MSCs)またはその培養液を有効成分として含む高血圧の予防または治療用薬学組成物。
- 前記高血圧は、特発性肺動脈性高血圧;家族性肺動脈性高血圧;コラーゲン血管疾患、先天性体肺短絡、門脈高血圧、HIV感染、薬物または毒素と関連した肺動脈性高血圧;甲状腺障害、グリコーゲン貯蔵疾患、ゴーシェ疾患、遺伝性出血性毛細血管拡張、血色素病症、骨髓増殖障害または脾臟切除術と関連した肺動脈性高血圧;肺毛細管血管腫症と関連した肺動脈性高血圧;新生児の持続性肺高血圧;慢性閉塞性肺疾患、間質性肺疾患、低酸素症誘導肺胞低換気障害、低酸素症誘導睡眠障害呼吸または高い高度での慢性露出と関連した肺高血圧;発達異常と関連した肺高血圧;及び遠位肺動脈の血栓塞栓性閉鎖による肺高血圧からなる群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の高血圧の予防または治療用薬学組成物。
- 0.1〜1.0mMの濃度のバルプロ酸(VPA)及びスフィンゴシン−1−リン酸(S1P)で処理された臍帯由来間葉幹細胞(UC−MSCs)またはその培養液を有効成分として含む炎症疾患または免疫疾患の予防または治療用薬学組成物。
- 前記炎症疾患または免疫疾患は、骨関節炎、リウマチ性関節炎、膀胱炎、間質性膀胱炎、喘息、皮膚炎、アトピー、乾癬、嚢胞性線維症、固形臓器移植後期及び慢性拒否症、移植片対宿主疾患、移植拒否疾患、多発性硬化症、全身性紅斑性狼瘡、シェーグレン症候群、橋本甲状腺、多発性筋炎、強皮症、アジソン病、白斑症、悪性貧血、糸球体腎炎及び肺線維症、炎症性腸疾患、クローン病、自己免疫性糖尿病、糖尿病網膜症、鼻炎、虚血再灌流損傷、血管形成術後の再狭窄、慢性閉塞性肺疾患(COPD)、グレーブス病、胃腸管アレルギー、結膜炎、アテローム硬化症、冠状動脈疾患、狭心症、癌転移、小動脈疾患及びミトコンドリア疾患からなる群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の炎症疾患または免疫疾患の予防または治療用薬学組成物。
