Description
Claims (8)
- 骨折を治療するための装置であって、
骨の髄管内への挿入のために寸法決めおよび成形され、かつ中心長手軸に沿って近位端から遠位端に延在する髄内釘であって、前記髄内釘は、前記長手軸に沿ってその中に延在するチャネルと、前記チャネルと連通してその全体に斜めに延在する開口部と、を備える、髄内釘と、
前記開口部を通じて挿入されるように寸法決めおよび成形されたインプラントであって、前記インプラントは、その長さの一部に沿うラチェット構造を備える、インプラントと、
前記開口部の近位に前記チャネル内に可動に収納されたロック部材であって、前記ロック部材は、前記インプラントのラチェット構造に係合するための係合構造を備え、前記ロック部材は係合構成に向けて付勢され、それにより、前記インプラントが所望の位置において前記開口部内に挿入されるときに、前記ロック部材は、前記インプラントの前記髄内釘に対する内側移動を防止しながら、前記インプラントの前記髄内釘に対する外側移動を可能にするように前記ラチェット構造に係合する、ロック部材と、
を含む、装置。 - 前記ロック部材が、前記開口部の遠位に前記チャネル内に取り付けられた付勢部材を介して前記係合構成に向けて付勢される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記付勢部材がばねである、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記インプラントが、その長さの一部に沿って延在する長手溝を備え、前記長手溝は、前記インプラントが前記髄内釘に対する所望の位置にあるときに、前記ロック部材の突起部に位置合わせされる、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記ロック部材が、互いに可動に結合され、かつ前記ロック部材を前記係合構成内で付勢するばねを備える、第1の構成要素および第2の構成要素を備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記第1の構成要素および前記第2の構成要素が、互いに長手方向にかつ回転可能に結合され、前記第1の構成要素は、前記髄内釘のチャネル内の対応するねじ山に係合するための、その一部の周りのねじ山を備える、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記第2の構成要素が、前記第2の構成要素の前記髄内釘に対する回転を防止するための、その外面に沿う長手要素を備える、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記ロック部材の前記髄内釘に対する回転移動を制限するように、前記ロック部材を前記髄内釘に結合するピンをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
