Description
Claims (10)
- 多相重合のための管状反応器であって、少なくとも、
注入口と排出口との間で半径方向に反応器容積の境界を定めるためのパイプピースと、
前記パイプピースの軸方向にフローを生成するための攪拌器であって、前記攪拌器が、前記注入口に隣接し、かつ、前記フローに、前記パイプピースの内側に前記半径方向にポリマー生成物の濃度分布を生じさせる遠心力を付与可能であるように寸法決めされるとともに作動可能であり、前記反応器中の溶媒よりも低い密度を有する前記ポリマー生成物が前記管状反応器の内部において濃縮される、攪拌器と、
前記排出口を通って挿入され、前記パイプピースの内側のフローの濃縮された半径方向内側部に浸された、前記ポリマー生成物を含む前記フローの前記半径方向内側部を排出するための排出口導管と
前記反応器の排出口側のパージ導管と、
を含む、管状反応器。 - 前記攪拌器によって、異なる濃度の少なくとも2つの部分を有する多相性積層型回転フローが、前記パイプピースの内側の前記排出口に割り当てられた分離領域において付与可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の管状反応器。
- 前記多相性積層型回転フローが、異なる濃度の2つの部分を有する二相性積層型回転フローであることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の管状反応器。
- 前記攪拌器が前記注入口に隣接して位置付けられ、第1反応剤の導入のための第1供給口と、第2反応剤及び/又は触媒の導入のための第2供給口とが提供され、前記第1供給口および前記第2供給口が、前記パイプピース内へ開口することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の管状反応器。
- 前記攪拌器がシャフトへ接合され、前記シャフトが管状反応器にシャフト貫通口を介して導入可能であり、前記シャフト貫通口は溶媒で洗浄可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の管状反応器。
- 前記攪拌器の外径dに対する前記パイプピースの内径Dの比率が、1.0001≦D/d≦1.300に従うことを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の管状反応器。
- 前記排出口導管が、前記排出口導管を冷却するための冷却手段を含み、前記冷却手段が、冷却媒体を導くための二重壁の被覆パイプを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の管状反応器。
- 前記排出口導管が前記パイプピースに対して前記軸方向に可動であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の管状反応器。
- 前記管状反応器が、熱交換器の内側に同心円状に配置され、前記熱交換器が、前記管状反応器の半径方向外側に、熱除去のための少なくとも1つの熱交換器要素を含み、ループフローが、前記管状反応器の前記攪拌器によって、前記熱交換器内側に付与可能である、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の管状反応器を含む熱交換器。
- 多相重合のためのプラントであって、少なくとも、
・溶媒を含む流体を冷却するための熱交換器と、
・生成物を分離するための分離手段と、
・前記分離手段の出口と前記熱交換器とへ接続された再循環用導管と
を含み、
前記熱交換器および/または前記再循環用導管が、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の管状反応器を含み、前記管状反応器の前記排出口導管が前記分離手段の入口と接続される、プラント。
