ベース電解液+添加剤→高温電解液(2)に関連して形成することができる。
ビニル置換芳香族モノマーの他の例は、式(c)および(d):
電池セル組立体。電池セルを、高純度アルゴン充填グローブボックス内(M−Braun、O2および湿気含有量<0.1ppm)で形成した。カソードの場合、市販のLiNi0.5Mn0.3Co0.2O2(本明細書においてNMC532と称される)またはLiNi0.4Mn0.4Co0.2O2(本明細書においてNMC442と称される)カソード材料を、乾燥ポリ(フッ化ビニリデン)、カーボンブラック粉末、および液体1−メチル−2−ピロリジノンと混合して、スラリーを形成した。得られたスラリーを、アルミニウム集電体上に堆積させ、乾燥させて、複合カソード膜を形成した。アノードの場合、黒鉛状炭素を、乾燥ポリ(フッ化ビニリデン)、カーボンブラック粉末、液体1−メチル−2−ピロリジノンと混合して、スラリーを形成した。得られたスラリーを、銅集電体上に堆積させ、乾燥させて、複合アノード膜を形成した。各電池セルは、複合カソード膜、ポリプロピレンセパレータ、および複合アノード膜を含む。エチレンカーボネートおよびエチルメチルカーボネート(EC:EMC=1:2重量比)中の1MのLiPF6から形成された従来の電解液を、本発明の添加剤の実施形態による所望の重量パーセントと混合し、電池セルに添加した。電池セルを密封し、0.1Cの電荷を用いて上限カットオフ電圧(最大4.4V)まで周囲温度で初期サイクルを行い、続いて定電圧を電流が0.05Cに低下するまで保持し、次いで0.1C定電流を用いて2.8Vまで放電した。このサイクルを高温サイクルの前にもう1度繰り返した。
