Claims (6)
- 互いに周波数の異なる2以上の整数N種類の変調信号を出力するN個の信号源と、
上記N個の信号源に接続された少なくとも2個のアイソレータと、
上記N種類の変調信号が上記少なくとも2個のアイソレータを介して入力されるX(2以上の整数)入力Y(Yは正の整数)出力のスイッチ回路と、
上記N種類の変調信号が上記少なくとも2個のアイソレータと上記スイッチ回路を介して選択的に入力される正の整数M個の光コム発生器と
を備え、
上記M個の光コム発生器は、上記N種類の変調信号の内の少なくとも2種の変調信号により、それぞれ周期的に強度又は位相が変調され、互いに変調周期が異なるM種類の光コムを出力することを特徴とする光コム発生装置。 - 上記光コム発生器を2以上のM個備え、上記N個の信号源に接続されたN個の上記アイソレータを介して上記スイッチ回路に入力される上記N種類の変調信号を上記スイッチ回路により循回的に切り替えて上記M個の光コム発生器に入力し、
上記M個の光コム発生器から、上記循回的に切り替えられたN種類の変調周期が互いに異なるM種類の光コムを出力することを特徴とする請求項1記載の光コム発生装置。 - N=4、M=2であり、
4種類の変調信号を上記スイッチ回路を介して循回的に切り替えて2個の光コム発生器に入力することにより、変調周期が循回的に切り替えられた互いに変調周期が異なる2種類の光コムを出力することを特徴とする請求項2記載の光コム発生装置。 - N=M=2であり、
2個の光コム発生器から、互いに変調周期が異なる2種類の光コムを交互に出力することを特徴とする請求項1記載の光コム発生装置。 - M=1であり、
上記N個の信号源に接続されたN個の上記アイソレータを介して上記スイッチ回路に入力される上記N種類の変調信号を上記スイッチ回路を介して循回的に切り替えて入力することにより、1個の光コム発生器から、変調周期が循回的に切り替えられた光コムを出力することを特徴とする請求項1記載の光コム発生装置。 - 上記N個の信号源は、それぞれPLL回路により基準の周波数信号に位相同期された周波数が固定された状態のN種類の変調信号を発生することを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項5の何れか1項に記載の光コム発生装置。
