ことを特徴とする弁制御装置。 - 前記制御手段は、前記開度検出手段が検出した開度が前記設定開度を予め定めた係数で除した値となるまで前記電磁弁を動作させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の弁制御装置。
- 前記係数は、前記弁の実際の開度と前記設定開度との偏差に基づいて算出されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の弁制御装置。
- 前記制御手段は、前記開度検出手段が検出した開度が前記設定開度を予め定めた係数に基づく方程式により求めた値となるまで前記電磁弁を動作させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の弁制御装置。
- 前記係数は、前記弁の実際の開度と前記設定開度とにより算出された最小二乗法に基づく係数となっていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の弁制御装置。
- 弁と、該弁の弁軸を回転制御するエアーシリンダーと、該エアーシリンダーのシリンダーにエアー供給源からのエアーの供給及び排気を行う電磁弁と、を備えた弁制御システムであって、
請求項1乃至5のうちいずれか一項に記載の弁制御装置を備えることを特徴とする弁制御システム。 - 前記電磁弁と前記エアーシリンダーとの間に前記エアーの流量を調整する調整手段が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の弁制御システム。
- 弁の弁軸を制御するエアーシリンダーのシリンダーにエアー供給源からのエアーの供給及び排気を行う電磁弁を制御する制御手段に定める係数を算出する弁制御係数算出方法であって、
前記弁について予め定めた設定開度まで作動させる予備作動工程と、
前記予備作動工程における前記弁の実際の開度を検出する実開度検出工程と、
前記設定開度と前記実際の開度との偏差を算出する偏差算出工程と、
前記偏差算出工程で算出された偏差に基づいて前記係数を算出する係数算出工程と、
を含むことを特徴とする弁制御係数算出方法。 - 弁の弁軸を制御するエアーシリンダーのシリンダーにエアー供給源からのエアーの供給及び排気を行う電磁弁を制御する制御手段に定める係数を算出する弁制御係数算出方法であって、
前記弁について予め定めた設定開度まで作動させる予備作動工程と、
前記予備作動工程における前記弁の実際の開度を検出する実開度検出工程と、
弁の実際の開度と前記設定開度とにより最小二乗法に基づく前記係数を算出する係数算出工程と、
を含むことを特徴とする弁制御係数算出方法。 - 前記予備作動工程は、複数の前記設定開度についてそれぞれ実行することを特徴とする請求項8または9に記載の弁制御係数算出方法。
- 前記予備作動工程は、1つの設定開度当たり複数回前記弁を前記設定開度まで作動させることを特徴とする請求項8乃至10のうちいずれか一項に記載の弁制御係数算出方法。
- 弁の弁軸を制御するエアーシリンダーのシリンダーにエアー供給源からエアーの供給及び排気を行う電磁弁を制御する制御装置を備えた弁制御装置の弁制御方法であって、
前記弁の設定開度を取得する設定開度取得工程と、
前記弁の開度を検出する開度検出工程と、
前記開度検出工程で検出した開度が前記設定開度を予め定めた係数に基づいて算出した値となるまで前記電磁弁を動作させる制御工程と、
を含むことを特徴とする弁制御方法。
