ことを特徴とする遮断弁制御装置。 - 前記係数は、前記遮断弁の実際の開度と前記設定開度との偏差に基づいて算出されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の遮断弁制御装置。
- 遮断弁と、該遮断弁の弁軸を回転制御するエアーシリンダーと、該エアーシリンダーのシリンダーにエアー供給源からのエアーの供給及び排気を行う電磁弁と、を備えた遮断弁制御システムであって、
請求項1または2に記載の遮断弁制御装置を備えることを特徴とする遮断弁制御システム。 - 前記電磁弁と前記エアーシリンダーとの間に前記エアーの流量を調整する調整手段が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の遮断弁制御システム。
- 遮断弁の弁軸を制御するエアーシリンダーのシリンダーにエアー供給源からのエアーの供給及び排気を行う電磁弁を制御する制御手段に定める係数を算出する遮断弁制御係数算出方法であって、
前記遮断弁について予め定めた設定開度まで作動させる予備作動工程と、
前記予備作動工程における前記遮断弁の実際の開度を検出する実開度検出工程と、
前記設定開度と前記実際の開度との偏差を算出する偏差算出工程と、
前記偏差算出工程で算出された偏差に基づいて前記係数を算出する係数算出工程と、
を含むことを特徴とする遮断弁制御係数算出方法。 - 前記予備作動工程は、複数の前記設定開度についてそれぞれ実行することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の遮断弁制御係数算出方法。
- 前記予備作動工程は、1つの設定開度当たり複数回前記遮断弁を前記設定開度まで作動させることを特徴とする請求項5または6に記載の遮断弁制御係数算出方法。
- 遮断弁の弁軸を制御するエアーシリンダーのシリンダーにエアー供給源からエアーの供給及び排気を行う電磁弁を制御する制御装置を備えた遮断弁制御装置の遮断弁制御方法であって、
前記遮断弁の設定開度を取得する設定開度取得工程と、
前記遮断弁の開度を検出する開度検出工程と、
開度検出工程で検出した開度が前記設定開度を予め定めた係数で除した値となるまで前記電磁弁を動作させる制御工程と、
を含むことを特徴とする遮断弁制御方法。
