Description
本願は、2018年1月31日に日本に出願された特願2018−015682号に基づき優先権を主張し、その内容をここに援用する。
図1は、本第1実施形態の液化流体噴射装置1の概略構成を示すフロー図である。この図に示すように、本実施形態の液化流体噴射装置1は、貯蔵タンク2と、液化流体供給システム3と、ノズル4とを備えている。
なお、本実施形態では2つのインテンシファイアポンプ6c及び6dが設けられているが、この構成に限定されず、インテンシファイアポンプが1つまたは3つ以上設けられていてもよい。すなわち、本開示の2次昇圧ポンプの個数が1つまたは3つ以上であってもよい。
次に、本開示の第2実施形態について、図2を参照して説明する。なお、本第2実施形態の説明において、上記第1実施形態の同様の部分については、その説明を省略あるいは簡略化する。
次に、本開示の第3実施形態について、図3を参照して説明する。なお、本第3実施形態の説明において、上記第1実施形態の同様の部分については、その説明を省略あるいは簡略化する。

Claims (10)
- 噴射後に気化する液化流体をノズルに供給する液化流体供給システムであって、
前記液化流体を飽和温度よりも低温に冷却して過冷却液とする過冷却部と、
前記過冷却部により過冷却液とされた前記液化流体を昇圧して前記ノズルに供給する昇圧部と
を備え、
前記過冷却部は、前記昇圧部に供給する前記液化流体を当該液化流体よりも低温の冷却用液化流体との熱交換により冷却する過冷却部熱交換器を備え、
前記過冷却部は、
前記液化流体を貯蔵する貯蔵タンクに接続された払出配管と、
前記過冷却部熱交換器と前記払出配管とを接続すると共に、前記昇圧部に供給する前記液化流体を前記過冷却部熱交換器に案内する昇圧部供給用配管と、
前記過冷却部熱交換器と前記払出配管とを接続すると共に、前記液化流体を前記冷却用液化流体として前記過冷却部熱交換器に案内する冷却用配管と、
前記冷却用配管の途中部位に設けられると共に前記冷却用液化流体の抵抗となる冷却用配管抵抗部と
を備える
液化流体供給システム。 - 前記過冷却部は、前記昇圧部への供給時及び前記昇圧部での昇圧時に前記液化流体が飽和温度を上回らない過冷却度となるように、前記液化流体を冷却する請求項1記載の液化流体供給システム。
- 前記過冷却部は、前記昇圧部に前記液化流体を圧送する過冷却昇圧ポンプを備える請求項1または2記載の液化流体供給システム。
- 前記過冷却昇圧ポンプは、前記過冷却部熱交換器に収容されている請求項3記載の液化流体供給システム。
- 前記昇圧部で昇圧された前記液化流体を冷却する昇圧後冷却熱交換器と、
前記昇圧後冷却熱交換器と前記払出配管とを接続すると共に、前記液化流体を後冷却用液化流体として前記昇圧後冷却熱交換器に案内する後冷却配管と、
前記後冷却配管の途中部位に設けられると共に前記後冷却用液化流体の抵抗となる後冷却配管抵抗部と
を備える請求項1〜4いずれか一項に記載の液化流体供給システム。 - 前記昇圧部は、
前記液化流体を昇圧する昇圧ポンプと、
前記昇圧ポンプで昇圧された前記液化流体の一部を、前記冷却用液化流体として前記過冷却部に返流する返流配管と、
前記返流配管の途中部位に設けられると共に前記冷却用液化流体として返流される前記液化流体の抵抗となる返流配管抵抗部と
を備える請求項1〜5いずれか一項に記載の液化流体供給システム。 - 前記昇圧部は、前記返流配管の途中部位に設けられると共に前記返流配管を流れる液化流体の流量を調整する返流量制限機構を備える請求項6記載の液化流体供給システム。
- 前記昇圧部は、前記過冷却部から供給された前記液化流体を1次昇圧する1次昇圧ポンプと、1次昇圧された前記液化流体を2次昇圧する2次昇圧ポンプとを備える請求項1〜7いずれか一項に記載の液化流体供給システム。
- 前記昇圧部は、前記過冷却部から供給された前記液化流体を前記ノズルへの供給圧まで一度に昇圧する単段昇圧ポンプを備える請求項1〜7いずれか一項に記載の液化流体供給システム。
- 噴射後に気化する液化流体を噴射するノズルと、
前記ノズルに前記液化流体を供給する、請求項1〜9いずれか一項に記載の液化流体供給システムと
を備える液化流体噴射装置。
