- セラミックスから成り内部にガスの流れる流路を有する基部と、前記流路を複数に区切るように前記流路の内部に設けられた多孔質セラミックスから成るフィルタ部と、前記基部に前記フィルタ部を挟むように設けられた静電容量形成用の一対の電極とを備えており、
前記フィルタ部のうち前記流路に面する表面において、前記流路の進行方向に対して交わる方向に伸びる溝部を有するとともに、
前記フィルタ部は前記流路に面する第1主面および該第1主面に対向する第2主面を有するとともに、前記溝部は前記第1主面および前記第2主面の両方に位置しており、
前記溝部が前記第1主面および前記第2主面の両方において複数設けられているとともに、前記溝部のそれぞれが前記流路の進行方向に沿って互い違いに位置している測定装置用部品。 - 前記溝部が前記流路の進行方向に沿って複数位置している請求項1に記載の測定装置用部品。
- 前記溝部が等間隔に位置していることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の測定装置用部品。
- 前記溝部が、前記フィルタ部のうち前記流路に面する表面において、前記流路の進行方向に対して垂直な方向の全体に渡って伸びている請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の測定装置用部品。
